The last quote you mentioned at the end made me tear up as it really got to me (had to even play it twice). Making big changes is something which comes very difficult for me. I know deep down that there are some big changes I need to make in my life coming up in order to grow. I have a lot of fears of losing my old (current) life in favor of a new life as I know there will be resentment by people very close to me. I just have to take small steps along the way so I can build up to the bigger steps. At the same time, I'm finding more and more people who I know will be very supportive which will make a huge difference! Thanks for making this video!

Wow, perfect timing for me as well. I needed to hear this! Both quotes were great but the last one hit hard. Love the outlook of only losing what you no longer are, makes it seem less scary. I think courage is the hardest thing for me at the moment. Perhaps I can begin by practicing courage on smaller things in life before I jump for the big one. How did you build courage Elena?
Yes exactly, building courage is all about practicing on the small things and gradually taking bigger & bigger steps! I find that it also helps to remember that fear isn't an obstacle to courage - its a requirement! You've got this 🙌
