New here - listening to these gems! Funny thing 😅 I keep getting a message that I should pursue Reiki training. I’ve been doing meditation and yoga teacher training since 2012 or so. There’s just been something that keeps coming up on this path and it brings me back to “energy” or energy healing. I had a grandmother that channeled as well as other ancestors who had unique healing skills. The funny part of this story is that I’ve been driving my boys to school and every morning a white car passes me with the license plate “Reiki” 😅 if that’s not a sign, I don’t know what is 😂 of course, it has taken me a few months and finding your channel to realize that this is a message!

Thank you for what you are doing it is helping me amensily I am 59 and I feel I am being called to go through this spiritual journey. I have had a few out of body experiences and throughout my life I always have helped others sometimes they listen but most of the time they don't. Which has knocked my self confidence.

Thank you so much for your candor, Constance, regarding the dark past life stuff. You also mentioned in another episode that sometimes the traumas we experience can be karma for past life things that we have done. I think it's so important for people to realise that, (to misappropriate the Oscar Wilde line), "every saint has a past and every sinner has a future", that even the kindest most loving Souls have done very dark deeds in past lives, but have evolved over many lifetimes and eventually opened themselves to divine Love, and transmuted the darkness. And in the same way, there is hope for every Soul who currently walks in darkness, that they will eventually evolve and become ever more loving. This is the journey we are all on, we are just at different points in our own Soul evolution. Understanding this gives us the ability to accept wherever people are at, and wherever we ourselves are at, with grace and forgiveness and compassion, and in the knowledge that we are all still in the process of evolving and that there is hope for everyone. We can always strive to do better, and it's also ok to just let ourselves and others be wherever we're at, until we're ready to make more changes. Some people get very angry at the suggestion that an innocent child may have experienced horrific trauma as karma for their own past life actions. As a survivor of CSA, amongst other traumas, i truly believe that all the traumas and hardships i have faced and continue to face in this lifetime, are a combination of karma and also important lessons and opportunities for Soul growth and transmutation of darkness, that i am ever thankful for. It's not about blame and punishment, in fact it is freeing to know that karma balances everything out and wipes the slate clean for us, otherwise when the full realisation of our horrible past actions hits us, the guilt from it would cripple us forever more. (I say this as someone with both Saturn and my Chart Ruler Pluto in my 12H, very karmic placements.) Karma also frees us from the need to seek revenge on those who wrong us, as we know that karma will take care of it for us. And you are right, much better to choose the high road when one can, rather than incur the karma, as there's no excaping it, whether it hits us immediately, in a few years, decades later, or in a different lifetime.

I have been working as a holistic aesthetician for over 20 years. Many of my clients say it’s like a Reiki session. I don’t know how to do Reiki . I have had 3 Reiki sessions in my life, and two of them were incredible experiences. For the past year +I have been called to take Reiki courses. I keep putting it aside. So not sure if it's a path I'm meant to be on or not but just recently I have been made aware of a mother wound that I'm now beginning to resolve. Thank you for reaching out, Michelle! Constance is no longer doing individual teachings and, as you know, does encourage you to study through her videos from the beginning to become more Tuned In with your all of your psychic/soul senses.
The healing potential of Reiki is limitless.
We suggest you actually book a Reiki session with a master teacher so that you can experience their way of doing the work. And ask if they have a syllabus our outline of what they include in their teachings (IE" how many attunements, how much practice time, how many students, time to incorporate the hand positions, always there for you after your lesson in case you have follow up questions, etc). ask their lineage, and if they have former students you could talk to as a reference for their teachings.
Constance would not have been offended if anyone asks her such things. Also, too make sure you resonate with their vibe/energy

Hello again, Constance. I'm writing this as a separate comment because it's unrelated to my initial comment:
I have some questions regarding energy healing, and i thought you might be the right person to ask, given your experience with reiki, though my questions relate to any kind of energy healing, not specifically reiki. (Btw i would love to know the differences between reiki and other types of energy healing, if that's something you feel you could make a video on at some point?)
Q1: So I've been wondering: is it possible to, not just be ineffective, but to actually do *harm* by trying to do energy healing on somebody or on oneself (a) when one doesn't know what one is doing, and/or (b) if one's own energy is not 'clean' enough and needs healing too?
Q2: Also, i have the same question regarding, not energy healing, per se, but just energy in general - Say if somebody is going through a hard time, and so i send them some loving energy, to lift them up a bit, but that person's energy was 'cleaner' than mine, (not sure whether 'clean' is the right word, but hopefully ykwim?) Will my well intentioned but murky energy end up polluting the recipient's energy and worsening things for them? Or, as long as my intention is pure and loving, will the fact that my own aura is murky, or that my own chakras are unbalanced, not matter, and will the loving energy i send be helpful and not harmful? I used to do this, (send loving energy to people, alive or dead, sometimes along with other things such as peace, strength, etc), but i stopped recently, because i started worrying that maybe I'm doing more harm than good. Because i know that my own energy still needs a lot of work/healing, and i absolutely don't know what I'm doing. What do you think?
Q2: i have not yet learned any specific energy healing techniques, (though i feel very drawn to), but i sometimes do a 'chakra healing' exercise on myself, that i kind of made up unintentionally, intuitively one day. I tune into my [7 main] chakras 1 by 1, and when i do that, i can literally physically feel them spinning and pulsating, (not feeling with my hands, i mean that i feel the 7 chakras themselves, vibrating within me). I will focus on 1 chakra, then when i feel it pulsating nice and strongly, i send the energy up or down, (again, with my mind, not with my hands), to the next chakra, and so on, until i can feel the energy flowing well, within and between the chakras. Or sometimes i will only do 1 or 2 chakras, that i feel particularly need healing, or if i have a specific intention that requires a specific type of energy, (such as focusing on my heart chakra before sending someone my love, or my solar plexus when i need to feel more energised and motivated, throat chakra when I'm struggling to communicate something important, etc). The thing is, since i just kind of invented this technique, and i don't really know what I'm doing, I'm worried that i may be potentially doing myself more harm than good, particularly because my chakras actually often physically *hurt* when i do this! Does the pain mean that I'm doing something wrong and harming myself with this technique, or is it just a sign that my chakras are extremely blocked, and removing the blockages can be a little painful maybe? Or maybe I'm trying to push too much energy through them too fast? What do you think? I'd really appreciate your advice on this, please, Constance! I'd also love more videos on chakras, reiki, and different forms of energy work, if that's something you'd like to do.
Also, in another video, you shared a technique for feeling energy with ones' hands, (the one where you face 1 palm towards the other hand, and with the forefinger of the other hand, you draw a circle on the other palm, not actually touching the palm, but a little distance away). Thank you so much! I tried it and was shocked at how well it worked! Prior to that, i didn't even know that we have chakras in our hands! (Although i should have realised, since i know the hands are used in reiki.) At first i had forgotten that you'd said to keep the fingers closed, and i had them slightly open whilst i was drawing the circle with the finger of my other hand, and it created a kind of whirlwind effect, i could feel the energy escaping through my fingers and flowing around them and around the back of my hand. Then as soon as i remembered to close my fingers, this amazing amount of energy started building up in my palm, like i was winding a clockwork mechanism with the finger of the other hand that was drawing the circle, and it built up and up. After that, i wasn't sure what i should do with the energy that had built up, so i held my hand over my heart chakra and tried to release it into there, but instead it went straight down to my solar plexus chakra for some reason. Anyway, that 'finger winding energy technique thing' was really fun to try, and i absolutely wasn't expecting it to work as well as it did - thank you! I would love a follow up video on what to do once the energy is built up in the hand, (how to use that energy, and also how to release it and how to close the hand chakra back up if that's necessary, etc).
Sorry i wrote an essay again! This is all fascinating, and i have so many questions tbh. I spent a lot of my life trying to block out all the Spiritual stuff, but i think I'm finally ready to embrace it, at least partially. I do still have some fear, though, as i had a lot of very scary experiences as a kid, particularly constant, (multiple times daily), uncontrollable astral projecting, (some of which were among the most beautiful, mystical experiences of my life, but others were absolutely terrifying).
