My favorite coffee is Chock full of Nuts. (it’s a heavenly coffee) I’m a little disappointed that it wasn’t in your taste test. If you ever get into mixing different coffees try mixing Folgers and Chick Full of Nuts about a 50/50 mix. Great blend, wonderful aroma, and a wonderful after taste like chocolate. Thanks for the video.

I've had surprisingly good results brewing Aldi's store brand ground coffee at home... especially the Donut Shop flavor. I believe it's a medium roast made with Arabica Coffee Beans, and it's very reasonably priced. I encourage people to try it, because it's not bad coffee in my opinion. To be clear, I brew a full pot in my old Automatic Drip Style Machine, and I use 9 scoops to 12 cups of water.

I have tried many coffees in the US and I have tried many coffee traveling to Central, South America and Africa and all those coffee are really bitter and apparently it is because of the type of coffee they have and specially because of the process of getting the final dry coffee bean. The only coffee that was perfect in flavor, smell, bold, rich and not bitter was the Colombian Coffee and I learned why. Colombian coffee has a very precise process where they use clean water, they pick only the best red coffee beans , and most of the coffee plants are Arabica coffee plans. Really the best coffee.( I am not Colombian. Colombia really specialize in producing the best coffee)

I drank Folgers breakfast blend coffee for over 40 years. It is a mild roast but very good flavor. A lot of the flavor depends on how much you put in the pot each time. I tend to like strong coffee and I use a little more than normal. At my house is a coffee bar and most of my coffee is whole bean. Fresh ground wins out every time. I have several brands at the moment and I do mix brands when I grind it. Amazon brand dark roast is one that will bring back some hair for you guys. Starbuckets very weak. I won't buy it again. But sill, the Folgers ground breakfast blend brewed a little strong has some really good taste.

I was surprised that I did not have BLISTERS! LOL After years of instant I just bought a Mr. Coffe maker. My friend recommended Dunkin, so it looks like that was good advice. Respectfully, why drink out of Styrofoam cups? Wouldn't a regular ceramic cup be better, because it won't add its own taste? I'll look at your other videos! :-)

Alright so i watched this video forever ago and when i decided to look again for more coffee's i searched videos yet again and had to refind this video to watch it again because all other video's where a bunch of bs. Either had politics and other things except the taste and cost of the coffee, and the ratings most of the time where clearly skewed to company's in which might pay them to advertise and such. So congrats you have the only practical and best ground coffee major store brands in all of youtube, so thanks guys. Now make a new one updated on dark roast and columbian style coffee's which pretty close to the same thing and you can even add other darker stronger flavors for ground coffee in it. Personally anything that is light in color and doesn't have almost any taste is probably not coffee and most likely just a wet bag so i prefer to stick to darker fuller coffee's where i can.Even if i plan to creamer the spit out of it, it needs to taste like real coffee.. ;p you shouldn't drink it in a Styrofoam cup btw only glass shot glasses for the best taste is how you should do it.

There are 2 basic kinds of coffee beans:
Robusto beans are more plentiful therefore less expensive and much higher in caffeine. Folgers and most of these brands are certainly robusto.
Arabica beans are not as plentiful, priced higher and much less caffeine. Starbucks, McCafe and Dunkin Donuts are Arabica beans. Arabica beans are always clearly labeled as such. If you don't see ARABICA on the label, you are drinking robusto beans. If you're looking for high caffeine, that's your bean.

musky? you mean smoky lol? I'll skip the musky coffee. I hate Maxwell house and prefer Folgers. I've found the flavored coffees have a weird aftertaste. I can only do plain.
