@@nusratlone2834 maybe the consistency?? It was hard trying to understand when to make the consistency of the actual jalebi. And then instead of using the sauce bottle i used a small buxton water bottle the one with the lid?? Thats in the UK maybe use a bottle with a bigger hole just by a little to make the jalebi? Yes curd is definitely needed but u can use oil instead of ghee but, ghee is better
