great job! i cannot due to first step, the rotor head has its bolt sort of welding on it looks so the nut wont spin off, so i cant remove the long bolt, help?

My son has this and the crazy cart, i also have crazy cart xl. They had been stored away for 4 weeks while we moved and now none of the batterys hold charge. They really don't last long at all. Like i have spent enough money on them allready
