great job! i cannot due to first step, the rotor head has its bolt sort of welding on it looks so the nut wont spin off, so i cant remove the long bolt, help?

thanks but my tensior keeps popping inward and not applying tension, hence chain falls off, if i pull back on tensior it stays for a bit, even after i tightened the spinning bolt,before poping back up and releasing tension?wat gives, thanks!!!

Hi, I have a razor electric scooter 100 glow but when you turn the bars left and right, the front wheel does not move. I removed the handlebar, and on the inside of the handlebar, there are no threads, but on the neck of the scooter there are threads.it’s kind of odd. Somebody said just put tape on it but that seems kind of sketchy. I don’t see any kind of a locking mechanism only a tightening mechanism. Any ideas?

This is my first scooter and probably the best toy I've had in my 38 years of life ; ) czcams.com/users/postUgkxvyNuxpWiHTNypxG6nyqyf7ywc7Q16PDM The assembly was easy - Took me 10-12 mins to get it set up and enjoy a quick ride before putting it on the charger for the full charge.I love the push-off feature vs. some of the other scooters that start with direct acceleration. I believe this allows a bit more of a stable start with a jerk reaction. I also like the throttle/acceleration feature that its a slow increase in speed vs. what you would get in a motorcycle. I've taken advantage of the anti-theft system when taking the scooter out to the beach and city. I like the anti-theft system as well as the need to enter a code after you turn it on before you can operate. The powerful front lights are helpful for a night ride. You can see in the picture how powerful the light is as a reflection on the garage. I'm impressed with the lightweight and how easy it was for me to get it set up and going. I would highly recommend this for someone looking for a scooter.

What happens if we swapped out the 12v for 24v batteries?

I'd like to see how the spring is attached. I see one end of the spring goes through a small hole near the outside nut, but not what the other end wraps around or attaches to. It doesnt looks like it touches anything, so I dont see how the tensioner remains in place, which is why I think the chain keeps falling off.
