For the longest time, Skywarp was my favourite as he was the first one I got when one of my uncle's friends gifted me Armada Skywarp, but as time went on, motivated by his stellar IDW depiction and blue being my favourite color, I became a TC fan.
That's great to hear ha ha! I think Skywarp is cool too as the OG seekers as a unit are my favorite TF teams. And generally I think black and purple is a cooler color scheme but Thundercracker ultimately wins out for me on nostalgia and his cooler personality:)
Thundercracker is hiM. The actual goat. Can’t wait to see how far they go with him in skybound, so far I’m hella intrigued.
I hope he does better than Skywarp 😅 although they DID hint at his sort of non decepticon-y character in the last issue i read.

I liked the run of Thundercracker in IDW comics. I dropped off the last two or three years of that run because, yeah, the storylines were getting really confusing. I never knew he got good enough with his screenplays to win an award though! Good for him! I kinda liked his terrible fanfiction though. Especially that time he saved Christmas!
Yeah I admit IDW can get very comical and silly at times but a lot of their takes on background characters have been refreshing and have given us more TFs to love...like Swerve and Whirl to name a few. I missed that Christmas issue but I'll go check it out!
@@StoriesFromTheToyshelf It was one of the big Annuals with a lot of other stories in it, I think it was whichever ongoing was covering the Lost Light because I vaguely recall a horror movie trope onboard as the main story of that issue.

As a kid I noticed he wasn't quite as decpticlon as the others.
That was very perceptive of you :) I was more focused on this contempt for others who cannot fly since I figured all the Decepticons were afraid of Megatron 😅

Thundercracker is my favorite i have a lot of great memories in is character and his speeker brothers his kid i love watching G1 so much that I couldn't keep my eyes off the TV I still remember all the episodes they were in
Great minds think alike! Seekers are the best and one of the most iconic Transformer designs of all time IMHO:)

Awesome video, man! Thundercracker is my favorite as well. I have the first MP version of him and that one will always be my favorite - aside from the OG one from '84, of course!

Blue has always been my favorite color, but Ramjet was my first and favorite of the jets (but I refused to make him a cone head as he had the same side vents as the original 3 did. I did more recently pick up the Ghost Starscream online. He looks amazing blue clear. 😎
Nice! Ramjet was actually the 2nd and only official seeker jet that I got. So he's a close second favorite for me after TC :) the thought of a jet who literally rams other jets is awesome!
Mine was Shockwave. Turned into a toy gun.

Thanks for the Great video on my very first Transformer. Even got a Thundercracker t-shirt last week! I do have a soft spot for him. Since I skipped the IDW comics, the scriptwriter/director interests sounds too far fetched to me. Long live Thundercracker!
Hey fellow Thundercracker fan! Yes I agree IDWs take can seem.a little hokey at times...but at the core of it is how he learns to appreciate the earth and its inhabitants. He breaks away from the whole bad guy Decepticon thug cliche that he's usually portrayed as. And that's why m a fan! Just glad he got a lot of attention :)

Say, did you ever get to play the game Transformers: Devastation? I think that the dialogue after defeating Thundercracker totally reflects his somewhat neutral stance in the conflict… anyone else pick that up?

i hope to see thundercracker in his armada design as a decepticon but then join the autobots in a future transformers series, same with seeing thunderclap (cybertron thundercracker) as a decepticon but then join the autobots in a future transformers series
I never saw Armada, but is that the Thundercracker with the huge gun arm? I seem to recall that he had his own unique design separate from Starscream. Is that correct?

@harrishyatt6283 OK looked it up andnyes I definitely had Divebomb :) such a unique transformation for Jet and the yellow brown camo was just too gaudy to resist 😅
when thundercracker's studio series toy (based off of nitro zeus) came out, it was said that thundercracker was gonna appear in dotm, also according to mae catt "Now, you didn't hear it from us, but Nova Storm's inclusion alongside Skywarp in Earthspark sure is weird, huh? Almost as if the writers wanted to include a different character (thundercracker) in a female role, but were told they couldn't. Now, if that were the case, it seems pretty likely that's the second time in a row Nova Storm was given a prominent cartoon appearance simply because a more-famous Seeker (skywarp) was off-limits to have their gender changed from male to female.
Yeah I heard Skywarp being a female in Cyberverse? In general while I'm not a big fan of switching character genders fornthebsake of change, I am OK if they can write good stories with them :)

I have an MP 03 starscream an MP11 thunder cracker now I need an MP52 skywarp . I feel that's the best way to get my seeker team without busting the bank obviously I have other versions of said characters but I think that's the way to show them off and the evolution of the mold
That is an interesting way of displaying the seeker trio. While I opted for the TE versions for my main display, I still have the original MP seekers in my seeker display :)

@@StoriesFromTheToyshelf Yeah love it...for some reasons here in Italy the TF comics never really take off( my guess is some rights problems) so is really hard to find some comics(even harder find some entire series)...so I'm glad we have videos like yours.👍

I think the scriptwriter part felt more fitting for Skywarp,
Interesting take...how so? Skywarp always struck me as the other end of the personality spectrum whereas TC was more brooding, SW was more high spirited...I believe his tech spec labels him as a prankster?
@@StoriesFromTheToyshelf Skywarp would be more of the type to be involved in the film business with his imagination where he’s for the blockbuster biz while Thundercracker is someone who’d be more of a novelist; a James Lucenio type.

Are you referring to the rising sun flag? It actually predates WW2. And while I understand that some may find this flag offensive due to Japan's role in WW2, my intention is definitely not to offend, and if you are offended, I sincerely apologise. In anycase, I hope you don't let a few seconds of imagery affect your opinion on the rest of my story which ultimately is meant to entertain :)
