Unsung heroes of F1
hahahahahahaa
The real backbone of the teams, #respect
That is staggering. These men do an amazing job building and taking down the structures. They probably go sightseeing around town while the practice sessions are happening.
Nope, most of them have other roles when the cars are running looking after pit equiptment, air bottles, spares ect,and of course pitstops,..
I love seeing videos like this. It's amazing how much hard work goes into setting up an event.
These people deserve more recognition for the work they do! Amazing video once again RBR
Dude They do it every single race WTF!!! I saw a video about the transport management of the teams equipments it's a such amazing hard work as well!
I’ve just started getting into F1, and one of the most interesting parts to me is the entire team & structure and how they all seek improvements in their processes & equipment. Whether it’s the engineers, pit crew, radio, tires, logistics. It’s like everyone is trying to constantly improve to win. I like this & it makes me seeing an F1 car win a race appreciate everything that goes into that victory.
I could watch hours of this.
Everythingisgoingtobealright
You would make a good slave owner.
Joe Kidd
Thanks, I would make a good anything, I’m that damn good.
Absolutely amazing. Unsung heroes!

I thought it was the precursor language from Jak And Daxter 😅
The road warriors of Red Bull Racing. Long hours and hard work. Thank you for the job you do!
It's so good we get to see the heroes of behind the scenes. Guys u rock. Every race weekend things look so smooth and nicely in the garages. Keep up the great work!
These guys do an amazing job, they deserve more time in the spotlight
Chairs?
You mean the things Sauber constantly lack?
I think it's a viable weight saving option tbh
Ha! I was just thinking yesterday "I wonder how they set up the F1 garages" and what do you know; Red Bull answered my question!
They are like well oiled machines. F1 is a sports of team work. Kudos to these guys.
Wow! Really incredible
So much work behind it all, amazing how they manage it.
Great work guys! 👏🏻
Love all the creative camera shots in this
Appreciated this video..
Thx I always wondered how they set these up!👍
Thats amazing!
Loved this guys!
Amazing!!! The heros behind the camera
Thanks for showing this guys! I always wonder how itnallgot shipped. But with 5 sets, it makes sense! 😁
I find this spectacular. Damn these guys are so dedicated
Amazing!
Great job guys ...
Amazing 💪🤗♥️
Great! You’ll see me in Melbourne
Back stage hero who make things happen without reward. I give you guys 3000 ❤
Thank you !!
✌️🦀😁
Daniel & Max have a Spa in their garage. In Australia, to cool down after a race, they get a bin, fill it with icy water, and the Drivers stand in it. Like in the SuperCars Championship.
Well done, great insight.
Dream job
Impressive
this is crazy
How do I score this job
Respekt 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👍👌
Next do how the paddock is built.
I would love to work with this guys in the future.
How hard is actually too doo a garage WOW 😮
I hadn't thought of it that way (that's why I don't run a racing team, duh...) but it makes a lot of sense to have 5 sets of garages. Sure, it's 5 times the cost of one, but they'll all be essentially reused for ages, with just replacements for losses and wear and tear. But freight costs are a recurring thing, so if you multiply the difference between air and sea freight by the number of race weekends in a year, they've probably long recouped their capex by now.
Also, logistics. DHL probably sends every set to the next destination weeks on advance, so if they had a problem (customs, delays, etc) they have more time to solve it.
Oh RBR I want to watch you guys fighting for the title in 2018! Don't disappoint me, enough of Mercedes.
Respect
Crazy
I have SO mastse respect voor dem
Williams just sets up the tent & barbecue
WoW! 20 races are indeed enough"
Annet Kramer
Just wait for next year's triple header.
I want to work with this guys
Where can i sign up?
Im getting some merchandise from red bull racing
Great British menu music?
What is the background song??
how long does it take to set up ? that would be such a pain in the ass to do, so much effort just to take it all down after 1 day of racing.
What qualifications does this job need?
0:37 You have to bring... air??
The air used to cool down the brakes when the car is taken in after practice sessions/qualifying laps I think. Or it is some kind of refined air.
Olve N nah, I thinks it's like air compressors and air lines for the pneumatic drivers they use to do up/loosen nuts and bolts
Yeah that makes more sense actually :D
1:13 massage tables?!
Are they looking for a happy endings at each race?
Is this great British menu
Omg love F1😂😂😊😂
this is another showing of why red bull is best team in f1
every team has to do this... But it's truly amazing to be honest. To think they need to install even basics such as electricity circuits and air ones
The roadies of F1
MAN power
...and this is one of the reasons why most of F1 races should be held on the European continent.
Last year I met a guy who does this for Renault and Yeah, It's admirable the hard work and team effort of these people, they are the first in getting to where the race is taking place and the last ones to leave... but yeah whatever, for the traveling+the money I would just shut the fuck up and enjoy
Usoå Servins
Especially when your team has no chance of winning a race it must be depressing to constantly put this much effort into the weekend and have only a few points to show for it.
Joe Kidd I think it's the opposite. Because they can't really compete, it is really cool that they did manage to regularly take a podium place. It's the hard work still paying off. Still, competing for the WDC would be nicer.
woro
Well with one of the Mercedes boys guaranteed to screw up and only one quick driver at Ferrari that podium was available. I'm thinking more of the guys at Williams, Renault or Force India. Way off the race pace all they fight for is a few points.
this is just max engineering at its best i taught it was always like that
how many hours to build this garage?
About 3 days,..7/8 hours to take it down.
Are all the circuit garage the same?
Nope they are different
Different sizes mostly,..Monaco is very different to the rest !
Cars in sea freight??
Nope, they fly unless the race is in Europe,....
Thanks, now I know how to build my F1 garage, the instructions I got is unclear.
imagine how much easier it would be for the guys if the teams didn't bother with all the team specific walls and lights etc. just left the garage as it is. it won't look as good, but they would save time, energy, freight costs. it's all for the sake of marketing.
air?
kezzaman maybe to cool the brakes etc idk
You should do an more in-depth video. 2 minutes is way to short to honor the amazing work these guys so.
Absolutely amazing, specially when you view Christians tour of the garage afterwards. Makes me think theres hope for mankind after all. Also makes me sad we cant deploy these techniques and people to build shelters for refugees who are now freezing to death in Europe of all places. Just a xmas thought, im as guilty of lookin away as anyone
Video Fruoms
Where is the full car?
DakarFan [NL] ...
By Air
this is why this sport is so damn expensive.. the cars are just the tip of the ice berg! Big respect to the people behind the sport. thinking, what about the teams that are not winning.. do they have the same pleasure on doing this knowing that they don't even get a POINT or worst, finish the race?? just askin..
can i have a job?.. i hate my job . its shit
Second
Why "an f1" not "a f1" ??help me...
3rd
Kuurla ile to roboty
*a
0:02 fuck that mercedes
No wonder they get upset when an F1 car is taking out on the first few laps....
I would watch the fuck out of a f1 or even a red bull sponsored tv or CZcams series of race logistics. This video doesn’t do justice to the teamwork. I wanna see every species of behind the scene work. Most people discount racing cause they only see a single driver and single car which seems boring but if teams and federations opened up to sporting all aspects of teamwork.

And then Max or Dani decides to crash into each other, cause why not? Its only driver that matters, who cares about these guys...
Red bull stinkt 🤢🤢🤢
