I love Red Bull as a team. The fun they have in the garage, but also the hilarious things the drivers get to do (ie Max and Dan’s caravan race). They seem to have such a tight bond, all of them, like a real family. It’s a joy to watch and I hope we get to watch it for many years to come! 🏎

It is such a chilled vibe team, something that I am familiar with from working with GT teams in the UK. Until shit happens and they show that they are one of the best-coordinated teams out there, like we had as well. Unfortunate that the intake procedure for the race team is so difficult to get through for someone with motorsport experience as a race engineer and team manager, plus a motorsport education. My hope is still there to get there, with a tremendous amount of passion. Keep up the good stuff guys and girls.

I would love to see more videos , maybe even interviews , with pitcrew members and engineers if possible. Their jobs are dreams for some of us. I recently have gotten the chance to do chassis fabricating for a family ran racingteam. Hope to eventually progress enough and get the required diplomas to apply for jobs like these !

are you already in university? I finished my bachelors (mechanical engineering) this year and am going for my masters (automotive engineering) now. I joined the formula student team now and i am in charge of carbon fibre simulation. You really should join formula student too, if you can. I already lernt so much in so little time.
I would love to work in F1 as an engineer, but I don't think there is a direct way to join a team - which makes me sad.

Nicest team on the grid! What they do for the sport in general is absolutely magnificent. With the promo's they not only promote themselves, but F1 as well. No other team does this. I think that's amazing, because on the end of the day they are a company that sells beverages. So the "carcompanies" which are in F1 should feel a bit embarrassed. Those teams only care about themselves, and do not give a shit about F1 or the fans.

@@jsisuajw8655 next race is a lap of 54 seconds with almost only straights. U can't compare that result from a normal race. Albon has proven all season he can't keep up with max.

Super cool behind the scenes. Red bull pit stops always seem to be the fastest on Sundays and that can be over looked how important that is when you can make up a second or 2. I think the environment helps with the success. Lets hope 2022 brings Mercedes back in line with the rest of field and brings Red Bull back to challenging for wins!

Alex is not a typical redbull guy, he is more of a mclaren kinda guy.
Imagine just living your life traveling the world working on and being around the best race cars in the entire world. With friends and making more money then most people in the world and giving your children the life that people dream of everyday. God it makes me depressed but also just grateful to enjoy racing at this level. Thank Red Bull.
