All secrets, but NOT all pickups. You only get the Tomb Cleaner achievement on all pickups. Collecting all secrets however, unlocks the bonus levels.

And another thing the door was already open for me at 26:16 i didnt need to open it at all when i got here so i was stcuk with a useless key i played on the remaster
