What makes Benson so brilliant is that his sound and mastery is recognisable. His own. So many try to be like GB, play like him but there'll ever be only one GB. A True gem.

My favorite song. Back in the early 80’s the local radio station played this (George Benson’s Here, There and Everywhere) every night followed by George Benson’s version of Moody’s Mood For Love. I NEVER missed it. I thought it was the most AMAZING music I had ever heard.
Paul MCartney said of all the songs he has written over the decades this is his best! Benson's cover makes it sound even better.

You couldn't possibly have heard this in the early eighties, George only recorded the song for his ' Tenderly' album in 1989 !!

Absolute Benson! Simply the BEST! Many years ago looking for this song live on stage
Exquisite. Ironically, this performance is so parallel to the "Tenderly" album track. One personnel difference is the bassist. Ron Carter recorded the album. Of course, Avery Sharp is brilliant.
