Mattie Benham at Brentford and Tony Bloom at Brighton the owners are the reason. They worked together and
know more about how to be successful in football in many aspects. Including betting on the games to knowing how
important it is to have a goalkeeper who not only is a good shot stopper . But knows how to distribute the ball. Plus a dozen different tactical expertise. How England could do with a Frank or Potter.

Some of these comments are laughable and so uninformed by the TV and internet fans. I am a Brentford season ticket holder of many years standing having watched the Bees home and away from bottom of division 2 to our ascent to the Premier League. Some criticise our tactics, we vary our tactics based on the opposition. How can we out football teams like Liverpool and Chelsea whose squad cost 7 or 8 times our squad, the majority who played in the championship last season? Of course we are going to look at their weaknesses and try to exploit. Others compare us to Sheff Utd as one season wonders! We have spent sensiblely just £30M of our Premier League bonus of £160M. Survival this season will guarantee another £300M plus even if we got relegated season two with season two money plus 3 seasons guaranteed parachute payments. So I expect us to bring in more quality players summer 2022 with our excellent recruitment to allow us to out football all apart from the top 6. Also not worried if some of our stars like Toney are sold, we just replace with better for less money, is the Brentford model.

Fair play to Brentford from a Chelsea fan, but the last 30 minutes was Ireland under big Jack, long balls, long throws, think Rory Delap, put them under pressure, make the defenders face their own goal, it worked for Ireland and in this particular game it worked for Brentford, however, Chelsea won the game so it really doesn't matter how Brentford played.

Im not talking about him being on the topmost of the keepers unless he has done it for several years and mind it its not a free flowing attacking team like liverpool or mancity in which the chances of getting attacked is more often and likely to concede more!!
