Everyone has labeled Starfield as "Skyrim, but in space " and by putting those two games side by side, like you have done, it's easy to catch the similarities but at the same time understand what Starfield has improved upon. I think that's what most people don't get : as much as u want to despise the game (fair enough, everyone can think what they want) you gotta recognize its strenghts and its overall superior polish over the older titles. What I mean is : the developers tried to deliver a great product and they still work to assure that, trying to get rid of the "bugthesda" curse.

I’m still going through, but I feel like a voice acted protagonist for an RPG isn’t really all that big of a deal, as long as the dialogue choices you make actually matter.

I haven't played Fallout 4 yet, but I've been told it's story & rpg mechanics are terrible, padded beyond belief; but the gunplay is decent. Which is ironic cuz the gunplay was my least favorite part of Starfield.

Yeah that just goes to show no matter what you think of Starfield it's definitely an improvement from Fallout 4 like I played Fallout 4 after I played Starfield and it was so hard to play, like I'm not even joking
