Ok remodeling my gym and deciding if i should buy a rack with smith machine or not. I never used one and dont really care for them since i do a lot of functional trainning for my junitsu. I am a fit 52 year old male with a home gym. My 21 year old wants me to get the rack with smith but iam afraid he will get hurt since he does not know how to use it. Lol
Rack with smith machine is also $1000 more. Lol
