    Ok remodeling my gym and deciding if i should buy a rack with smith machine or not. I never used one and dont really care for them since i do a lot of functional trainning for my junitsu. I am a fit 52 year old male with a home gym. My 21 year old wants me to get the rack with smith but iam afraid he will get hurt since he does not know how to use it. Lol Rack with smith machine is also $1000 more. Lol

      @RenshawsPersonalTraining I know there is so much hate towards them. Only reason I got it was because my son told me to get it. Iam already 52 but very fit and doing jujitsu. I justnwonder how I would incorporate the smith into my lifting?

    That's why I almost hurt my left chest, I was doing the close grip but with that full rom mindset of the bench , thus it was overstretching my pec on the way down, the worst thing is I kept doing it for a while thinking to myself that it was supposed to be like that and it would get better when I'd get used to the exercise😅🤦‍♂️😫

    this is confusing because half of the experts out there say that lifters aren't bringing dumbbells down low enough, and half say you shouldn't bring the dumbbells dow low at all. Are there some scientific references we can check out that explore what is hazardous about going lower?

    Incorrect, drag curls arent better than Standard curls, we currently understand that both the long and short head are biarticulate muscles and from litreture a movement where a muscle is elongating in one joint and doing the opposite on the other is not very good for hypertrophy, i had some suspicion of the drag curl cause it does look silly, we need to be careful to give these sort of advices at times cause we might be giving people the wrong advice.

    Can i do drop set in every workout? Like as biceps I'll do 4 workout today each 4 sets. Example I'll do bicep curls 4 sets then move to next one do hammer curls 4 sets then move to next. So my question is can i do drop set in every workouts last set? Like in bicep curls at the end i did a drop set then i go to hammer curls can i do a drop set at the last set and 2 more workout too

    Allrighty then, I've always heard some other bodybuilders if you want the end of the pool to look like a rear double bicep pose, which means your forearms and your hands are going to end up laterally to the sides of your head, but ill try it this way
