I’m giddy over this one-and I almost didn’t film it. Experimenting with Golden’s Color Pouring Medium in Gloss (it comes in matte too) and getting the perfect ratio of paint to PM. Plus!! A new color palette! I referenced my inspiration for the experiment as I remembered an old pour I did last year in NYC where I got Iridescent results with GAC800. Thank you for explaining the process of this art. I love all your videos and learn from every one. I started this art 6 months ago and as you say , it is expensive. I am 76 years old and don’t have time to waste on mistakes . I don’t care how long your videos are, I am learning fast . Thanks to a great teacher !
Don’t let it be lost, even the art of conversation is being lost. People want everything so fast that the true beauty of life is missed. I find this to be very sad as there are so many good things lose in our fast paced world! I say take the time to enjoy the precious moments in your life, each one is a gift and we should cherish them.

So happy to see you so happy. Yes I stayed till the end. I get my best ideas when I sit still and watch you ladies create. It is so cool when one of us figures out how to tweek an idea, and then make it our own. I was inspired into two directions while watching you today. I can hardley wait for my husband to take my computer to the shop for an upgrade to Window's 10. Right now my USB drivers won't work. But when they do, I'll be able to upload some photos I have been collecting of my paintings. Leaving you now for a short short. Going to carry on our legacy, and make a new composition of my own. I have it all set and waiting for me. By the time I finish this cup of coffee, I'll be ready to get down and dirty . Have a good day.
Great pour Karen. I couldn’t agree with you more on the timing of videos. There’s always that fast forward button!! I get the same complaints as well - people say I ‘talk too much’ lol
Oh well - fast forward or simply just don’t watch.

This painting is so cool, not just the colors but the depth. It's 3D, magenta ponds that have colored lily pads on top. The deep magenta pond is really deep looking. This is the 2nd painting that I've seen that turned out with depth to it. I like this one!

Hands down you are the master of combining colour! Absolutely stunning💕💕💕. I would love love to see you do the "infinity " pour without silicone...I think you would be very pleasantly surprised. Anyhow 100% on board with the longer videos...IMO the longer the better. Look forward to and enjoy every minute of your videos. Thank you.
Part of the reason I've continued to watch your videos is to see the entire process you go through. I love knowing why you do what you do. The finished painting has more depth (can't think of another way to say that) when I've seen it created. Your videos are like freshly ground coffee beans - without the process, all you'd have is instant coffee (ick!).
You are an artist, how ever the paint gets there and how long it takes is the artisan's method of producing the final piece why one may be a masterpiece and one may not is, entirely up to the beholder and how much one is willing to pay sets its worth, but being able to produce art the way you are is priceless. Keep up the great art.

These colors put me in mind of the beautiful Persian scarves with the glittery sequins on it. It's beautiful. I don't mind the long videos at all. If it bothers them, fast forward. We need to slow down and smell the flowers.

Take your time, if certain people don't want to see all of the technique they can always skip forward everyone has that option. Mostly with these type of videos I like to see everything and lets face it during these Corona times most people aren't rushing to go anywhere. So lets all just chill out, relax and be entertained and possible learn something about taking time for ourselves and enjoy the relaxation and peace. Love from Dot x

Love the colors and all the explanation of how to achieve the amazing effects in your paintings. I pause to take notes as I am just learning. I watched this 3 times I loved what you did so much. Lol. I want to learn and so you have to put in the time. As you said this is art and it takes time to make art. I hope I get the courage to try these paints and style some time. I love what you do and how you go about getting to the finished product. You’re fantastic!
You can change the speed in the settings/gear icon. I watch at 1.25 speed. I can still understand you! and it goes through the layering faster, then I watch the rest at regular speed. Karen, you have great videos: good video, good sound and you're a great teacher! thank you
