      @@alexlee8639 Depression pills works fine. No issues. But as far as dizziness and balance issues are concerned they are still there a little. We should change our lifestyle. Consulted psychiatrist, neurologist, ENT. Also consulted Indian medicinal system Ayurveda. They said, problem should be in neck. But not taking any medicines for dizziness now for little more than a year. Driving car only for short distance and avoiding long drive. we should improve our will power for sure. we should focus on some work and keep our self busy with some work not thinking about our dizziness.

      @@alexlee8639 Some cases of vertigo improve over time, without treatment. However, some people have repeated episodes for many months, or even years, such as those with Ménière's disease.
      There are specific treatments for some causes of vertigo. A series of simple head movements (known as the Epley manoeuvre) is used to treat BPPV.
      Medicines, such as prochlorperazine and some antihistamines, can help in the early stages or most cases of vertigo. Many people with vertigo also benefit from vestibular rehabilitation training (VRT), which is a series of exercises for people with dizziness and balance problems. I have had this since I compressed my neck during a rugby game at 19. 3 years on it has only gotten worse and it has cut my rugby career short and led into severe depression which made me turn to alcohol and give up on sports and feeling good about myself. Its amazing how a neck injury can have such a butterfly effect on your life. I am happy to say I am getting the right treatment and have found other interests since this so theres always hope!

    After 4 months of very mild vertigo and 3 anxiety attacks, this is it, I'm certain this is the type of vertigo I'm suffering from. My symptoms started with a slight head rush type of vertigo (no spinning) when walking or when in front of my computer, only happened a few times a day. As time when on they become more intense, anyway I now get vertigo around evening times when im feeling tired, i really struggle to turn my head due to the slow motion feeling that happens, kind of like travel sickness, makes my stomach churn.
    I'm pretty sure this is it, family known for neck issue and the nurse told me that I have horrible posture

    I know this has been on here for a while but I've done alot of research and studying on the brain and vertigo. I had a TIA in March 2020. Dizziness and blurriness was my symptoms. I was exposed to carbon monoxide poisoning. I found new studies that vertigo causes brain poisoning. I also had a brain aneurysm that was accidentally found while doing a MRI because of the TIA. My vertigo was hitting me 5 to 6 times day every day. I have 2 plates and 6 screws in my cervical spine C7- C5. The migraines were getting really bad( every day) . I had neck surgery again after C4 was descentergrating. I had the surgery in July of 2021 and felt better after the surgery. I went through therapy and 2 weeks later I started feeling a lot of pain in the left side of my neck and down towards the back of my shoulder. I had several images done and found nothing. I was on CZcams and come across a doctor-Ross Hauser from Florida. Talking about Dizziness, heart palpitations and blood pressure changes. I research what he was calling Upper Cervical instability. I'm always trying to find out about the body from blood cells to organs. I couldn't believe what I read. I have been suffering with this pain for almost 7 months. I found a procedure that I can try but the insurance company won't pay for it. PRP Stem cell. At this point I will try anything because it is affecting my daily life. There are times it's hard for me to even hold my head up. I have to lay down. I figured the government gives out money for grants and other funding why not help people who can't pay for a procedure like this with an underlining condition, instead of being on pain pills or getting cortisone injects that doesn't work for alot of people. There are natural things that you can do in the medical field instead of using medications that are unnecessary. I'm sorry I'm not letting BIG Pharama use me as one of there ginnie pigs. I will try a medical procedure or a natural remedy. I'm not even taking anything for this pain. I'm dealing with it. If you could help, I'd appreciate it. You may contact me at shannonlemley110@gmail.com. thank you GOD BLESS YA'LL AND BE WITH YOU ALWAYS.

    I definitely think I have it! Imagine being a surfer for the last 37 years and all of a sudden while sitting in the Ocean on your surfboard not knowing which direction the shore is. You would think that that type of simple thinking would be easy, but literally my brain couldn’t compute it. I’ve had numerous times over the last nine years where I cannot drive long distances because this phenomenon happens I can only drive about 100 miles in order to be safe from this phenomenon happening. My doctor called this morning and is rushing his appointment to see me because my MRI shows a protrusion blocking nerves or. something probably related to this dizzy, spells, and blood or nerves to the brain

    Hi I'm Krishan Pal. I've been suffering from vertigo since 2017. It all started when I started gym on my own at the home without using proper equipments and guidance. I regret of every moment of my life why did I start working out at home own my own. I used to lift heavy weight about 70kg bench press, 110kg squats and 110kg deadlift. Even my mom tried to stop but I was advertently killing myself. Watching all these hunk guys video's Arnold Schwarzenegger, Ronnie Coleman, Jay cutler, Kevin Levrone so on bodybuilders i motivated and satisate myself. I was heading in the wrong direction all along but who doesn't want to look like these guys. Everyone praise their's bodies and I was one of them. I wanted to look like them that's the reason I started working out. I pushed hard to attain the body that i desired to. I started taking multivitamin shit Becadexamin, supradin. For a while i thought it would going to make my body like bodybuilders. I couldn't afford protein supplements so I dropped the Idea of purchasing it. I started eating rice just like bodybuilders eat as I was a vegetarian i couldn't eat chicken, fish. I also taken speed height capsules because I was ashamed of my height.

Started few months after a car accident 16 years ago, Only had 1 episode of unexplained neck pain that lasted about two days but that was 5 years after the accident. Thought it was anxiety for many years. Been checked and ears are fine, slight vertical and horizontal heterophoria in one eye, Prism glasses have not resolved the disorientation. I think I will have a chiropractic evaluation soon.

    where is the video of cervicogenic vertigo treatment video?

  • @kennethmoore3783
    @kennethmoore3783 Před 2 lety +1

    Not so simple.
    “At present, there is no real diagnostic tool for cervical dizziness. The demonstration of a distorted cervical proprioception would be a way to make the diagnosis more likely. However, one would have to measure the extent of such disturbances and their relationship with symptoms. The smooth-pursuit neck torsion test was suggested to correspond to disturbed proprioception or even whiplash injuries (Tjell and Rosenhall, 1998; Treleaven et al., 2005; Treleaven, 2008). This has been challenged by demonstrating that there is an effect of neck pain as such and that head turning has only a small effect on voluntary eye movements. In addition, test performance appears to deteriorate in patients with neck pain of both traumatic and other origin (Kongsted et al., 2007; Janssen et al., 2015). Posturography may be impaired in patients with cervical complaints and dizziness and discriminates between groups with cervical problems, vestibular problems, and no complaints (Karlberg et al., 1996a, b). Using elaborate mathematic models of human postural control measurements, a discrimination on an individual level can be done but will still only to refer a subject to one of a pre-decided set of groups. Thus, posturography has not reached the level of discrimination on the individual level to be clinically conclusive (Karlberg et al., 1996a, b).”

I was watching football games on computer this past Sunday and about passed out twice. Then it happened once on Monday when im off work. This doesn't happen when im laying down on the couch and get up nor on my recliner in the living room. Ive pin pointed it to my office chair. It's a leather chair with a high back, but my head leans over the top. Is this cervical vertigo?

    I was towel drying my hair one day and I pulled forward on my head while pushing back with my neck and it seems to have created a slight dizziness after that. The dizziness has been with me now about 2 months but it isn't terrible. It's kind of like lightheadedness with a hint of dizzy. Could my vigorous towel drying caused CV?

      Bro i guess I'm in the same situation as you're. No neck pain. No spining. It just feels like i might fall just slightly dizzy. My sugar is ok. BP ok. It happened just a week after i started exercising and swimming together.
