Hi Angelo, we literally have the same stories in Cornwall UK of Smuggling, Pirates, shipwrecks and loads of haunted old places. You are an Empath and you are also at the start of Mediumship. When the tide starts to turn after slack water you have roughly an hour before high tide. Very weird how you were pushed off, I hope you are okay as it can take a few days for any bruising.
