I have a robbery charge from 2012 (wrong place, wrong time, and hanging out with the wrong people).. I've always wanted to visit Australia. Hopefully one day I'll be able to.

Dependent on the circumstances it may be possible but sadly not at present whilst our international borders remain closed

A criminal case is pending against me and in that case my discharge petition is pending in criminal court because two persons lodged a false Police Case on me and my family members but that court given me a permission to travel abroad for study/student visa. Will my student visa be refused / rejected ? Please mam answer me as soon as possible because this is the question of my career..

I was falsely accused and arrested for assault and the charges were dropped and never made it to caught. Will this be a significant impact on my visa application? What is the likelihood of a refusal?

Multiple Bounced checks and forgery convictions from 20 plus years ago with prison sentences over 12 months. Any chance I could ever visit?

Hello mate, and to answer you’re question, you are not eligible for entry under any circumstances. You would be wasting your time applying if you have been sentenced to over 12 months.

I’ve got 6 point on my driving licence for failing to report an accident in 2019. I was the only person involved in the accident but I had hit a post, insurance knew but I didn’t call the police within 24 hours. Will this effect me applying for a working holiday visa once the borders open? Thanks

Hi, I lived in Libya from 2010 to 2013 which is 3 years in the last 10 years. However, I can’t obtain a police clearance from Libya as I must go there and obtain it by myself. Moreover, Libyan embassy in the country where I reside currently does not provide police clearance service. In addition, it’s been written clearly on Australian department of home affairs website that in order to obtain a police clearance from Libya, the person have to go there and obtain it. Kindly advice. Thanks
