Naah, poor kid was just trying to wrap his mind around it, I don't think he had really thought about what it really meant to be gay and that's just where his mind went. He made me laugh, I also think he felt a little neglected. I don't think really meant anything by what he did.

I have a 4 year old son and have always said that no matter what i will ALWAYS stick by his side, i have mentioned before that if any of my children were to be gay i would love them the same, my son loves to play with "girly" toys he loves the color pink, when we are out in about my son loves to bring his favorite pink minnie mouse cup as well as other "girly" toys that are pink, but i want my son to be himself i do not care. And i do not believe my son is gay, i just want to mention that i fully support all my kids no matter what. lifes too short to not except one another.

there's no way that coming out SHOULD be. it's different for everyone and that's ok. some people have a harder time saying it, and some don't. there's no right or wrong way to come out.
I'm bisexual, and my fucking father is homophobic. We had a conversation last night and he said that 'it's was not normal for him' and how he got really angry at me. But we don't have a good relationship anyways so...

LOL!!! Gay kids today are luckier than I was growing up in the 70s. No one in small town Virginia really talked about homosexuals. My family had to know about me because when I was a little boy, I was a little girl, that said, they were in some major denial.

I hope people actually watch Campbell's little brother because his reaction is honest and more so his questions. If you come out, be prepared to answer some questions or provide guidance for younger family members who will ask very personal questions about sex, body parts, marriage, children, how do you know, etc. Some questions will be out of curiosity while other will be out of concern. You don't have to tell everything but assuring them they are okay, you're okay, and everything will be fine is the best for an initial conversation. There also may be questions your siblings don't want to ask in front of another adult so be sure to give them private time to discuss it and respond at an age appropriate level. As Tate Faultner articulated below, this may have some side effects at their school so help them prepare as well.

haha. My parents coerced me into attending a christian college from which I was expelled when it was discovered I was gay. The college told my parents everything about me and sent me home.
Then my parents kicked me out as well. Fun story.
Fortunately I managed to find housing with another person who was in a similar situation and am now happy and living a great life.

Your parents should have already known, seeing and hearing you speak automatically show your gay. Most parents know by the time the kid is six or seven, they just deny it or ignore it. straight or gay, a parent and people should love there family members no matter what. Being gay to me is like being right handed or left handed. NO big deal at all. It's just YOU an Your just fine
