Although, the gym could use some giant mirrors and a squat rack (or at least a Smith Machine) to be able to do some proper squats. Congrats and wish you continued success !

We just arrived in Larnaca late last night… and the situation is less than idyllic 🙈 We are thinking of renting a car and driving to Paphos next week, but are wondering if many places there will be closed for the season - or under construction, like the Paphos Marina? Just wondering if there are more things to do in Paphos, prettier sights to see, more delicious food options, and a quieter atmosphere than in Larnaca 🤞
Hey there! Welcome to the island, and glad to hear that you visited it. You surely have a lot of experiences to compare with, haha! At the moment, we do have the off-season, meaning, it's colder, less people and the people that are here prefer to stay at home. It will be very similar in Paphos, but you can try out Limassol. It's the biggest city and there are always restaurants to visit. With restaurants, you're well covered in any city here, we got so many good options for food! Enjoy your stay.🙂

Do not feel ashamed if some 28 year old idiots with Rolex, big penthouse flat & Maseratis who party each weekened call you "boring". You're doing the right thing, you are living prudently. Keep your taxes and costs low. Accumulate money + assets.

Some say, the further down into summer vacation season the fewer the rental offers. Your advice is highly appreciated.
Hey there! Renting a property, in general, is very hard at the moment. You will need to spend a few days here before you will find the right property for the right price. And in April / May it will be definitely even harder than now. Also depends on the location, the more central, the higher the demand. Hope this is not too pessimistic, and I hope I could help. Hey there! The reason is supply and demand. We have much more demand than supply in Cyprus at the moment. Many people moving here and not enough properties. Everything gets rented out super fast. I'll make a video about it soon and what my tips are.
Did you find this apartment on Bazaraki? I know Limassol is more expensive than Paphos in general but I can't even find a studio for 1k, let alone a three-bedroom apartment

Hey Oleg! I found it on the FB marketplace just as I describe in my Video "How to rent cheap houses in Cyprus". I found it in 1 week. I was the first one to look at it, and took it immediately, even though the agents had 8 other people that wanted to look at it. You need to be very fast! So nice! Congrats! so you went from a 470 euros rent to 1k (much better place of course), but you no longer can find a house for less than 600-700 in Paphos, that’s what I found out. Am I right?
Thank you so much. Yes, exactly! I remember when I moved to Paphos, I could find houses for 700€ (obviously older buildings, but still) but now, nothing. And yes, I pay twice the rent now, but I feel much better in this modern apartment, and I'm sure I will be more productive here as well! Thanks for watching the videos. 🙏😊

Yasas! Ich gehe bald zur Abendschule😃 Paphos ist deutlich grüner als Larnaka. Fühle mich hier einfach wohler, obwohl ich einige Leute aus Larnaka kenne.🙂
@@Rico Ich bin halbgrieche und plane im Sommer alleine nach Zypern auszuwandern. Derzeit arbeite ich online als Selbständiger Kundenberater für O2 und deshalb ortsunabhängig. Sind mehr deutsche in Larnaka oder Paphos?
@@alexandersorbas1881 Coole Idee, ich denke du passt super in unsere Community hier! Mittlerweile würde ich sagen, sind Larnaca und Paphos ziemlich ähnlich mit Deutschen besiedelt. Schau dir mal beides an und entscheide nach Bauchgefühl. Ich fühle mich in Paphos wohler.
