    A Good way to get more into accion, Is to understand the warm up and stretching dynamic.
    You can develop a stretching habit, that you maintain in between activities. Its like any athete will tell you how essential it is to warm up and stretch before they get into heavier movement, but everything we do is part fisical really, even thinking, sleeping, feeling, ect, so it is wise to maintain a Able body that is able to move properly at any moment. Its to stay warm and not cool of too much , when the body is cold its harder for it to follow the mind and emotions.A great technique is too make triangular figures and stretch. By figures I mean 3 points like arm, chest, head, or head, chest,waist to focus on 3 points at the same time and stretch. You can discover many more triangles, but first you must discover individual points of your body that you can use like fingees, wrist, elbow, shoulder, neck ect, try to keep it symetrical( left, right, up, down back forth, and even stretching inwards and outwards. The triangle is the best shape because as we know it is the most stable structure or shape. So yeah try it out. Peace.
