as a peri-menopausal cis female whose has panic attacks triggered by heat, this episode spoke to my heart.

I felt this entire episode on a cellular, spiritual level. It will be 32F outside and there is at least one (1) part of my body that still decides it’s a good idea to sweat. Once it’s gets above 70 outside, I’m continuously moist in all the worst possible ways. I may have been born in July but my ancestors built me for the far reaches of the northern hemisphere.
I've recently become my mother. Praying for an actual fall this year. Looking forward to winter so the bugs die, and I can walk outside and not be drenched after two seconds.
