What u understood as gun powder is actually the garlic chutney which is usually used by maharashtrians...which is never served with dosas😀

Dadar my home ♥️ I use to have that Bhanushali Dabeli atleast thrice a week while returning back from my tuitions to home. Thanks for covering it ! A momo stall is also available right next to it but only during evening and it has the best momo chutney ever !!!

Just wanted to say the podi you ate along with dosa isnt made of garlic its made of peanuts and red chilli with some other grounded spices giving the crisp texture and we tamilians call it molga podi (in tamil molga means chilly) and the dry powder is ate with oil over it and tastes best with til oil than any other oil 😋
