Thanks again for introducing me to Amazon Japan. I received my second order this morning. More PB Swiss and Tone goodness. So, what's this, now? Amazon Germany, you say? Five days, huh. Interesting... very interesting. :D

Good point about the exchange rate. Originally I didn’t want the Knipex carrying case but now that you’ve shown the Hazet bit holder slipping into the side I want it. Dang it.

The new facom ratchet screwdriver is the best has a stubby built in to the handle and a ratchet part in the handle to make a t bar

I have both, the inbus has a little lubricant on the slide mechanism. It’s slight but definitely smoother and has been my daily driver for the last 2 weeks. Low voltage tech. Thx for the video

nice haul as usual! the 125 knipex are plenty compact in my opinion. those silent ratchets look really slick but the tactile click in the pb swiss just makes me feel like everything will be ok.
being a woodworker primarily these days, a scraper really is the best tool for clean up, detailed surface prep and many other ops. especially card scrapers and thin milled ones at that are really useful. tricky to sharpen at first but there is no tool that can replace a well honed scraper.

Cool. The capacity of the cobras and pliers wrench is incredible considering the lengths.

Those Knipex nippers are good for rocking out old nails, although to be honest a cat's paw does the same thing just as well. I like the t-handle bit driver, and the Bahco scraper is bad ass. I have both of those baby Knipex pliers, and they are part of my every day carry. Very useful, but people at work have figures out I carry tools and I'm always lending them out.

The Inbus "Rolgear" is exactly the same as the Gedore branded one, just if you wondered. Same bits inside, same housing molding, just a different print on it. The Hazet looks like they at least got a different tool made for the handle shape...

Still think the megapro mechanics screwdriver is the best multi bit driver out there. Not trying to be too fancy but practical and well made.

Hey Bzeug, i was wondering how the silent ratcheting screwdrivers compare to say a snap on?

The Knipex XS also has a different mechanism...selv-adjusting .I don't like it at all.
No need to get it. The Knipex 125 is perfect and very handy!

You didn’t have a T45? Wow…I have at least two from my Kobalt 100pc set. I am surprised there is any criteria by which my tool collection is better than yours :)
(Actually - I have a Wenger bike Swiss Army knife that includes a flip out bike chain link insertion/extraction tool. Uncommon and no longer made. But everything else I’ve got is pretty ordinary)

The 100mm water pump pliers were my first Knipex product. They are amazingly useful for their size. They work well, if you have good grip strength.
I just got a pair of the 125 for my EDC bag because they are only slightly bigger but they feel like a real tool not a micro-compromise.

But they don't manufacture all their tools in Sweden now....but the good news is the other countries they manufacture in are France, Spain and Taiwan.
