Few notes There are clone type enemies who can do S Craft as well but i felt there was no point of adding them into the video as the original characters are in except for 3 clones as their originals was not in the game/playable. Do let me know if i missed any (was easier to make since the corridor allows you to have all 50 playable characters). i really love that the picture for Rean's powered up S-Craft resembles his Dad's S-craft. It meant that Rean had made peace with his biological dad, incorporates his father's spirit in his fighting style and fully embraced the fact that he is a son of 2 fathers who loved him in their own ways. This is why i love legend of heroes series. They never fail to make subtle connections to previous games and does so beautifully. Please translate this soon. I will wait even until 2022 !!!!
Thinking about it, changing Rufus' S-Craft (Real) makes sense as this would give away his identity before the mask was broken since people know him for using "Adrios Caliber", despite having 3 in CSII

Changed his S-Crafts but not some of his crafts. Some of crafts are literally the same but different color. It is just whether the player would figure that out
Rean sounds more serious in this game and holy sh*t badass lighting in his power up mode. Also alter rean in the second one sounds really pissed off jaja
Probably because he doesn't need to hold back, due to no longer having his ogre power to worry about (Spirit Unification was a 8L1B skill, from what I can gather)
@@fierytigergaming8112 Yes it seems spirit unification is a swordsmanship skill from the 7th form of the 8L1B, one he used to control the demonic power, and one he wouldn't lose even if he doesn't have said power anymore
@@Vandalieu no he doesn't have it anymore, it was a curse, and it has been cleansed. The spirit unification is a skill from the 7th form of his sword style it doesn't have anything to do with the curse
Me: "Hopefully Old Class VII gets new S-Crafts" Also me: *Sees the same S-Craft* "DAMMIT!" (Then again, their CSIII S-crafts are basically perfected versions of their original I guess - CSIV only gave "2" or "True" versions of them)
They specialize in different forms. Arios focuses on the second form: Gale, that emphasizes speed above all else. Rean focuses on the seventh form: Void, which involves delayed slash attacks that seemingly appear out of nowhere (void) the moment he sheathes his sword. This is evident from most of his S-Crafts aside from (Azure) Flame Slash.
@@overcomingwarrior Cassius focuses on the first form: Helix, best known for its spiralling movements. Although he has long abandoned his sword, he still uses this form with his bo staff as shown by his S Craft when you fought him in Trails in the Sky the 3rd.
@@brahmantyoihsan5938 Let's not forget Alan, who is not far from being a Divine Blade and use the really cool 5th form (Morning Moon), specialized on counter-attack/defense, if one more Divine Blade have to appear, it will probably be him
Does anyone know why all of rean's crafts are single target? I played through once and they weren't like this before and I'm really confused. It doesn't help that I don't know how to read japanese. I'm playing through on abyss difficulty, so I don't know if that's the reason?
We are reaching dynasty warriors levels of ridiculousness when it comes to to the character roster. Not that there is anything wrong with that but seriously even villains and parents
Didn't we see a Garcia s-craft or something in a trailer? I have also heard something about post launch new characters or stuff but I haven't found a reliable source on that

its stated that Wazy's stigma power is weaker than gaius, he even stated that he is weakest stigma wielder in ao no kiseki. So yea, its a given that his version looks weaker as powerlevel wise, he is below him.
@@MsIzzat91 Gaius got his stigma after him though and there isn't much indication as to how strong Gaius actually is among the Dominion. I'd assume him being new he would be the weakest but apparently not.

From what I can gather (I haven't played the game, btw), that's a false Rean that Ishmelga created, Rean lost his ogre power when Ishmelga was defeated, Spirit Unification was based purely on his own power
too bad Claire, Angie and some others have the same S-Craft they've always had, I mean this is Angie's 5th game in which she's playable yet she still has just the Dragon Kick S-Craft
@@arcanegale285 Yep, Hajimari was especially stingy with new S-Craft, well the next game will have new characters so we'll have a lot when they come Same for the Artwork, Claire, Sharon or Angie have the same exact position in their S-Craft's Artwork (same for McBurn despite having him during 4 games), like can't they change a little? (happy they change Rean's by making it like Osborne tho, that's a nice touch)
@@DivineHyperion That was my point, on the 50 character that they "created" in that game, 40 (if not more) are exactly the same that in the last games (same with the antagonist, those robot-thing are mostly former enemy/ally), some new things would have been appreciated Then again that's probably the conclusion of the West Zemurian part, since the next game will be (almost) 100% new characters, they can be a little stingy on this one ^^

Well if people think enough on it then as soon as they see "C's" s craft it's legit a dead give away Spoilers for those who want to avoid his actual name Rufus' hajimari s craft and his cold steel ones are legit the exact same thing except in hajimari he uses swords instead. The movements are virtually identical. I knew it was him the second I saw that s craft
@@darknesswave100 I've played Cold steel 1+2 and 3, so that wasn't be a big issue, but having both "C" Dual blade and dual guns was a surprise.. But not a much as seeing "The Swift" in the roster.. I had a feeling she would be, but not with the Bracers, SSS or Class VII groups.

@@darknesswave100 Funny enough, it reminds me of an anime that was shown (probably?) last year called 'Bofuri'. I recalled a character named Kasumi, who uses a katana as her main weapon in a video game. In the conclusion of her fight with Shin (I think that's his name), she used some technique/move called 'Beginning Tachi: Void'. When she used it, her black hair suddenly changed completely white and she was really quick when using it.
@@shadowsaber4566 So, that was probably his use of "7th Form: Void" - but since he had trouble controlling it, he fought Cassius who took the form of the Ogre power
From my understanding (This is just speculation though), the Rean who has the sword of demise was a fake, and the reason Rean had a "Hyper mode" was because "Spirit Unification" was an 8 Leaves 1 Blade skill. He just didn't use it to its full potential beforehand, since he had his Ogre (Or later, demon, after it was made uncontrollable during the Rivalries) Power to worry about, and as such had to keep the power under control by using it only in the time of need (Mainly to protect the others, apart from CSIV where he struggled to keep the power controlled and unintentionally broke into it on numerous counts due to the Great Twilight's influence, as evident from how you lost control after Rean's third turn of using Demon Unchained)
I wish they included the ability to use older S-Crafts. Laura's current S-Craft is no where near as cool as the one she had in Cold Steel II (Radiant Lion), I also liked Fie's Shadow Brigade S-Craft better than her current one in this game.
Arios is the most strongest character in this game. His Gale/ Ura Hayate takes the whole screen. Only 40 CP with two hits. His order is 100% evasion. He has Fujinreppa as a normal S-Craft now (It was his S-Craft in Zero/ Ao no Kiseki) and his speed is big to have turns way fast. It's just too broken. I guess Aurelia would be the best one after him.
@@DivineHyperion not to sure about that I hope he can reach those heights in strength but in sen 4 he just got the title devine blade towards the end. how many years have passed between this game and sen 4? I would say 2 years would be enough for him to get to the level of le guin.

@@skylernguyen8600 The Divine Knights don't exist at that point (Or rather... they used up their life force to revive Crow and the Originator Zero, since their job with the Rivalries was finished)
All of her gameplay voice lines are like that. Her overall character in this game is less energetic compared to the last 2 games so that's probably why.

I honestly don't like how many characters are playable at this point. I mean I love a lot of these characters but it feels like it takes away from any new characters that get added. Also it's just annoying when you spend a lot of time trying to get the perfect spheres for your Arcus and suddenly your whole team is split up and you have 20 characters to manage and equip
I really was hoping for Lloyd and Rean to have new S-cratfs... but with Rean is jusr aome added lightning and that's it, prettt underwhelming except Arios s-craft that shit was fucking good

It's irrelevant both for his growth and Erebonia as a whole, Is it really all you can see of this character after 5 games? PSS: If you want to talk about character that are disrespected, Angelica have the same move set and S-Craft while she's a part of Erebonian cast and she's definitely got way stronger in 5 games (particularly between CS2 and CS3 where she trained with her master) I could also talk of Kevin, former MC who was here during the final battle (his ship is here) and wasn't even showed on screen ^^

If you look at his s craft from the cold steel games (the one where he like shrinks them and slices them) something calibur the one in hajimari is legit the exact same s craft but instead of doing what he does in cold steel he uses swords instead. The movements are even identical even down to the last thing he does in both. As soon as I saw his hajimari one I knew it was rufus

I have a question: Spoilers Does Rean’s s-craft animation change if make him wear his hair with white streaks and left golden eye. Can you also get back like the purplish flames he uses if you change his hair?

They specialize in different forms.
Arios focuses on the second form: Gale, that emphasizes speed above all else.
Rean focuses on the seventh form: Void, which involves delayed slash attacks that seemingly appear out of nowhere (void) the moment he sheathes his sword. This is evident from most of his S-Crafts aside from (Azure) Flame Slash.

its stated that Wazy's stigma power is weaker than gaius, he even stated that he is weakest stigma wielder in ao no kiseki. So yea, its a given that his version looks weaker as powerlevel wise, he is below him.

From what I can gather (I haven't played the game, btw), that's a false Rean that Ishmelga created, Rean lost his ogre power when Ishmelga was defeated, Spirit Unification was based purely on his own power

Wrong Tree shouldn’t it be like Randy with Crimson Gale as a normal craft and then keeping his Berserga. By that logic, Eile should had Aerial Cannon for normal craft then Divine Crusade for S-craft. Still sore that Lloyd apparently doesn’t have Meteor Breaker.

Spirit Unification is an 8L1B Seventh Form technique that's why he can still use it even without his ogre power.
It's still spirit unification but rean was adding his ogre power on top of it. Spirit unification is the real name of it. A lot of people that I saw thought that spirit unification was the name rean gave his ogre power at first

I recalled a character named Kasumi, who uses a katana as her main weapon in a video game. In the conclusion of her fight with Shin (I think that's his name), she used some technique/move called 'Beginning Tachi: Void'. When she used it, her black hair suddenly changed completely white and she was really quick when using it.

From my understanding (This is just speculation though), the Rean who has the sword of demise was a fake, and the reason Rean had a "Hyper mode" was because "Spirit Unification" was an 8 Leaves 1 Blade skill. He just didn't use it to its full potential beforehand, since he had his Ogre (Or later, demon, after it was made uncontrollable during the Rivalries) Power to worry about, and as such had to keep the power under control by using it only in the time of need (Mainly to protect the others, apart from CSIV where he struggled to keep the power controlled and unintentionally broke into it on numerous counts due to the Great Twilight's influence, as evident from how you lost control after Rean's third turn of using Demon Unchained)
I wish they included the ability to use older S-Crafts. Laura's current S-Craft is no where near as cool as the one she had in Cold Steel II (Radiant Lion), I also liked Fie's Shadow Brigade S-Craft better than her current one in this game.
Arios is the most strongest character in this game. His Gale/ Ura Hayate takes the whole screen. Only 40 CP with two hits. His order is 100% evasion. He has Fujinreppa as a normal S-Craft now (It was his S-Craft in Zero/ Ao no Kiseki) and his speed is big to have turns way fast. It's just too broken. I guess Aurelia would be the best one after him.
Rean is about as good if not better than him now.

I honestly don't like how many characters are playable at this point. I mean I love a lot of these characters but it feels like it takes away from any new characters that get added.
Also it's just annoying when you spend a lot of time trying to get the perfect spheres for your Arcus and suddenly your whole team is split up and you have 20 characters to manage and equip

PS: Why are you so focused on Rean's love life like that? oO they made the player chose because in his case, his romance is irrelevant to his character so they let the player chose (like a in a Bioware), his growth, doubt, family history, mysterious power, struggle being see as a hero despite his guilt, his sadness and anger after Crow's and then Millium's death, his relation with Class 7 in general (Crow being particularly good indeed), his relation with Osborne are what define him as a character (and that's without going in detail), who care if he kiss Laura, Sara or Alisa at the end? It's irrelevant both for his growth and Erebonia as a whole, Is it really all you can see of this character after 5 games?
PSS: If you want to talk about character that are disrespected, Angelica have the same move set and S-Craft while she's a part of Erebonian cast and she's definitely got way stronger in 5 games (particularly between CS2 and CS3 where she trained with her master)

If you look at his s craft from the cold steel games (the one where he like shrinks them and slices them) something calibur the one in hajimari is legit the exact same s craft but instead of doing what he does in cold steel he uses swords instead. @@fierytigergaming8112 he still has his ogre power, he mentioned in the beginning of the game that the power remained behind. However without ishmelga around anymore he doesn't have to worry about his influence causing him to go berserk.

Yeah only if you change it. If you put half assimilated Rean visual, you can get the half cursed Meiga: Shinki Goitsu too.

nattawat asasakun I think once you beat the game. You get Rean’s hair with those white streaks. Just equip it to him.
