  • The final boss is NO JOKE. It truly deserves the title of hardest boss in the series.
    First form: Randy's S-Break can one shot the mobs, and they need to die fast. If they end up with low health, the boss will absorb them and heal itself.
    Second form: mobs are annoying, kill them asap. The boss deals A LOT of damage and it is very fast. Any character that deals more than 10k damage to it will be vanished. Just stay calm and find moments to deal damage. When the boss has around 20% HP left it will start an instant game over attack. Use Burst and extend the timer with Burst Orbs.
    A very hard fight, just stay calm and you'll be OK

    Thanks for the setup guide. Looks like Tio was the magic piece to the puzzle!

    Azure Demiurgos can be extremely easy if you play your cards right.
    In the second phase where you go up against those egg things, just do your best to beat them until only one remains.
    Everyone else just slap Demiurgos and use arts that go after Demiurgos' turns so that Demiurgos uses that art cancel ability, which basically wastes a turn if your casters are immune to being muted.
    Rinse and repeat until the final stretch of Demiurgos where you go all out with arts and crafts before Demiurgos lets off its instakill attack!

      Thanks for the advice. After that dungeon I honestly don’t have the patience for his mechanics but I’ll try this before I just watch the ending.

    I just beat this bastard, and I was surprised that cheesing him to use Godless Void when he's charging his Ultimate Instant Death Attack every turn until the burst gauge was filled was a viable strategy. He just uses that one attack and his turn passes, meaning we just have a character start casting, he'll interrupt it (unless he misses) and then start wailing on him and until burst is filled and then he's done.

    This boss is HARD. It took me all I had, I died a LOT and he can even attack you making you vanish mid burst.
    If I didn't had the Burst Orbs stocked by that point (12 in total), I would probably never be able to defeat it.
    The only thing that truly annoys me is that even if you have a Grail Lockeg equiped, they don't protect you from Vanish, and this boss has an insta-kill move, that I don't like in any boss, but this one doesn't give you a warning or anything. So the first time I died for it I was pissed XD
    I will replay it eventually with a better setup, the game does let you go out of the final dungeon anytime to do anything you want, to grind and get better equipment and quartz, so I will do my best to fight against it without cheesing it with Burts Orbs.

      You can actually have an easier time by just having everyone do small amounts of damage at a time with regular attacks or weaker arts.
      At long as you del less than 10k damage at a time you won't get punished by the vanish move. You just have to use arts that make any of the characters' turns go after Demiurgos' turn so that it uses the art cancel move which will prevent Demiurgos from using literally any other move. As long as 2 or more of the guys are immune to mute, you'll have an easy time! :D
      Just make sure to take care of the magical bird eggs first, if possible, make sure only one is left so Demiurgos doesn't spawn more.

      FYI: the instakill move comes after Dimurgos slows down a lot, you can tell because your team can do a lot of moves before Demiurgos can do anything, and you can't cancel its craft.
      Using burst and using the most powerful arts and S-crafts will get you to the end easily. Hope this helps!

    Compared to all the other bosses in the Trails series, How would you rate this boss? How would you rate it if you were comparing them in terms of nightmare difficulty?

    • @SuperSonicfan9595
      @SuperSonicfan9595  Před rokem +2

      This is probably their most well thought out boss, unlike their previous and next games this is one where a lot of players won't win first try it and without proper understanding of how it works. Sky final bosses are HP sponges, Zero's final boss can be stat down'd, Cold Steel final bosses can all be cheesed and Hajimari's Abyss final boss is a combination of the issues of Sky and CS. Demi can be cheesed, but you can still get fucked over if you don't have a proper setup. And yet it's still one of the most fun fights in the series.

      @@SuperSonicfan9595 I had so much trouble with azure final boss on nightmare. I ended up cheesing the boss by using 30 burst orbs. That is why I am genuinely impressed with people who can legitimately beat this boss.

      How to cheese this boss?! Having a tough time already and I'm playing only at hard mode.. Losing my mind on the first form of the boss.. And on some miracle I beat that the 2nd form is just absolutely ridiculous

      @@vincentramos3311 Let's see
      You can mass grind Burst Orbs from route Cryptids and get infinite turns (would recommend more for Phase 2)
      You could Keeper Lloyd, Burning Heart for all the buffs then keep them away from your backline while they go ham with arts. Having Dark Matter with Range quartz can help you with the mobs that spawn on the fight.
      You could take a look at the Azure speedrun for a good showcase of these strats

      9/10 on the difficulty scale and not because he's hard but because he's a spamming bastard with a first phase that can do one and second phase that can burn.

    What were your builds for this fight btw?

    • @SuperSonicfan9595
      @SuperSonicfan9595  Před 3 lety +3

      Lloyd Force - Evasion gear - Quartz for increasing damage
      Ellie Pixie - Magic DPS gear - Build for Spark Dyne or Crimson Ray
      Randy Chevalier - All the STR you can stack and Glad Belt - S-break when his at low health
      Tio Canon - Healer 90% of the time, Tear heals almost full HP with Canon at lvl 5
      Keep in mind that if you do 10k dmg to Demi in one move is instant vanish. Lloyd's Burning Heart makes him immune to it so if you give him Keeper MQ he can soak the party's vanish without issues
