And I really feel u on the friends topic! Like u said, I'm also an all or nothing person and tend to get REALLY attached really fast which of course makes you quite vulnerable. But I'm also an introvert and can find it hard to get to know new people / step out of my comfort zone and spend time wirh lots of people I don't know (like at parties and stuff) but I do feel like it can be so worth it to invest in making new relationships! And like u said - not everyone can (and doesn't have to be!) a suuuper close friend❤ love u opening up to us and choosing what's right for u! Can you put the name of the restaurant in the infobox? I'm not sure I'm getting it right and would love to visit :)

It’s actually pretty painless, if anything it’s just a little pressure! Great for relieving tension and muscle tightness, I don’t do it that often but it’s great if you’re really active
