    Anthony, I have been designing and manufacturing cabinetry and furniture for 46 years and proud to say that I learn something new every day. You are a great teacher and an inspiration. You work “Safe, Clean and Organized” I do not see this combination too often. Teach, you are gifted!

    Nice job Anthony. That's turning out to be a beautiful piece of furniture.
    I use a dowelmax for most of my joinery; it's just as accurate as the domino, just not quite as fast. Still, an amazing tool that I'd not be without.
    Looking forward to the next in the series!

    15:42 what is the domino hole in the rightmost style for? It's visible just above the red corner of the bottom clamp. You can see this domino hole also in your 'creating the doors' video, but I just don't understand what it is for? 🤔

    Could you show us how an installation and scribing goes?

    nice job! is there a good place to find out about "standard" sizes for things like library cabients (what depts and width they normally are) etc.

      Ive been doing it after regular work, I’m putting in 15-20 hour days, and 8-10 hours on my days off. I have about 10 months until I retire, then I can concentrate completely on my carpentry business.

    Why faceframe? Frameless makes a much more efficient use of space and better hinges

    • @AnthonyScolaro1
      @AnthonyScolaro1  Před 7 měsíci

      I pretty much do exclusively frameless, however this client wanted a traditional face frame style for their house. You have to do what the client wants, it’s not what I want. I still sometimes on other jobs get requests for face frame.

    Isnt the point of face frame to cover the edge of the ply, top is still exposed

    • @AnthonyScolaro1
      @AnthonyScolaro1  Před 5 měsíci

      These are built-ins, the separation edge that you see gets covered with a profiled edge during installation.

    I just said it in the loft bed stair case video, but can you adopt me and build me my dream loft bed? Please? I’m 26 so I don’t actually need to be raised 😂
