I'm wondering if writing books in philosophy and poetry can develop into a bigger market? Much of my project consists of revisiting old ideas of these genres and developing them into something new. I have a lot of fun doing this but even if I'm successful I'm not sure if there will ever be a market for the antichrist.

My 2024 goal is to pay off the house by Sept 2024 (8 years total into a 30 year @ 4%). I have no debt other than mortgage. My 401k, HSA, IRA and emergency funds get maxed out. The mortgage is my last piece of debt left. I don't have any school loan or CC debt. I've made a lot of sacrifices over the years.

I could see myself doing 4. It's the quickest shortest way to grow your capital net worth, get customer lists, and generally everything else someone like Dan Pena would suggest. I imagine though it comes at a major cost to ones well being if not properly executed. It sounds great on paper, and its a good idea. The idea should be well planned and well executed.

I'm very confused where the music is but hey good content.
I feel investors should be focusing on under-the-radar stocks, and considering the current rollercoaster nature of the stock market, Because 35% of my $270k portfolio comprises of plummeting stocks which were once revered and i don't know where to go here out of devastation.
Find quality stocks that have long term potential, and ride with those stocks. I have found it takes someone who is very familiar with the market to make such good picks
A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850K.

Well, there are a few out there who know what they are doing. I tried a few in the past years, but I’ve been with 'Whitney Kay Stacy' for the last five years or so, and her returns have been pretty much amazing.
