- It was Christmas 2023. The day was progressing in such a wonderfully mellow way that we did not feel the need to overwork in the kitchen. The girls were happy, I was relaxed and it was AWESOME! During the year we'd make all sorts of amazing dishes, so we felt quite at ease putting together this "wacky" open faced, fried aloo and ham sandwich and let meh tell yuh something, IT LASH! Meaning is was superbly delicious. Most importantly we has a fantastic time together while making it. Enjoy!
