- Such a tranquil day in caura deserved something special. A blanket of peace had descended...literally, and the flow of the day was smooth and out of this world. We were celebrating passover and yet another tradition for our family was born. BIRYANI! Done in a very special pot specifically obtained to kickstart new beginnings. I love this beginning! Loaded with fresh ingredients and lots of magnificent spices, this biryani was so much fun to prepare from start to finish. Enjoy!

Ellis hi,another informative video on how you can customize a recipe. You are making a dum biryani & you're supposed to soak the saffon threads in a little milk. That way you bring out the yellow color & flavor. Everything looks great & delish.
