EMBER MUG 2 review - perfect temperature coffee. Still worth it in 2024?

- After weeks of use im still trying to find a major negative for this. Price is probably the biggest barrier for most people, but having sed it, id say you'd get great value out of it. Ive had ZERO problems with the app, but get that there are people that are experiencing difficulties, i just don't know if their problems have been sorted with the updates the app has received.

I’m considering the travel mug, but it’s less capacity than this one!
Love the mug except I can’t get past the milk film that forms on top of my coffee since I use milk and sugar. Lowest temp also doesn’t help prevent this unfortunately.

I also have a Smart Mug 2 and am not happy with it. The mug is constantly intermittent and then it stops heating. My coffee keeps getting cold anyway.
The support team only responds with standard emails and doesn't address my problems at all. Simply a brutally overpriced product that only works moderately.
That's a shame. I hope I don't get any issue like that with mine, I use it 4 times a day every day for over 3 months and it's been flawless.
Maybe if you still want one, look on amazon as they do cheaper versions, albeit with their own set of problems.,
