In 1969 I had a 1966 600D that I bought in Norfolk Virginia when was in the Navy. Kept it for about a year and drove it up and down the East Coast a couple of times as I changed bases. It never stranded me.
Congratulations for the 600,you said it is a 1960 car, later the doors were like the nowadays cars. Yours has doors that you open in the opposite way. Forgive my English Kyle, I am Italian like your car, my uncle owned several Fiat 500 and I learned to drive with a Fiat 126. I love classic cars and sometimes I go to see a race near Florence Italy. The race is called "Coppa della Consuma" and there are Fiat 600s like yours. I am happy when I see people like you who loves Italian cars. Greetings from Italy
Its nickname in Argentina was BOLITA (little ball), It was a great car. I still love small cars, now I drive a Chevy Spark, before that a Smart Car and before a Geo Metro. The worse of all, the Smart, uncomfortable, too stiff, unstable on windy days, unreliable, bad performer and fuel economy sucks for what it is, the only thing is has it's a cool look. What I'd love to get next it's a Suzuki Swift but they don't bring it to the US yet.
I was so happy to see this Fiat 600 here. The first car in my family was a Fiat 600 that my brother bought back in the late 60s. I would like to know how you got so much power from this car, Did you fit a bigger engine. Viewing this in Perth Australia.
I have the same car, same color ,same lower suspension,my tires are 155/65/13. Do you have some problems with front fenders when you turn full right/left ?
I think the 155s are a bit scarce if you don't have the stock car, I would put the 185s in front if they fit, but if you have problems with steering, maybe you need to check something in the settings. I think the 155s are a bit scarce if you don't have the stock car, I'll put in front I think the originals can give understeer problems if the engine is boosted.
When i appeared for railway exam ,the question was what FIAT was ? I happyly wrote ."automobile product". Further Qs. Berkely and 7 O Clock . I was calle for interview. But missed that job I could not become a owner of a FIAT
Pity, you don't know what you're missing. I am driving a Fiat with a 1300 multijet (year 2004) engine and I have reached 247,000 km without problems and changing oil only 5 times. In winter with zero degrees it also start with faulty glow plugs. Do you find better engines ?
señores por favor alguien puede desirme cuanto cuesta una tapa de cilindro de fiat 600 tengo una 0km me la quieren comprar y no tengo idea de lo que vale desde ya muchas gracias

What size are the wheels and did you have to modify the wheel arches to fit the wheels and tires? I have a 1967 600D.

How do you manage the temperature without a front radiator and 110 hp?

I had one in the 70s. Awesome car! Unfortunately it turned into brown dust called rust after only 7 years.
Those used to be widespread in Argentina and Uruguay

What about the dual circuit brakes, drive shaft strengthening
Vamo el fito!! 💪
How hard can it drive with ease … ( in kilometers ?) like 100 km ?
This is probably 1967 model. The headlights are bigger. BUT the quater window is missing.
Amazing "fito" (the nickname for Fiat 600 in Chile)

This fiat build 1963 should have smaller head lamps. What you have is from 1965 and younger models
USA models had bigger headlamps.
For the US market, the head lamps were modified to accept the US style closed headlamp. It resembles very much the "Fanalona" 600D of 1965

Grazie, andrò a guardare 👍
Sorry I increased the likes from 600 to 601.
And I to 679 😉
E' buona norma accendere i fanali solo dopo aver messo in moto il motore.
110 km ? xD good joke, not on this head etc.
maybe 70-80km
