Hi Luke, thanks for making videos about AI and those topics about China. Looking forward to learning more about AI development in China and across the globe as well as its potential in healthcare/medical care in your future videos. When you have any papers referenced in the videos, would you share links to them? I'm a Chinese who currently lives in Sweden. Would be great to learn about AI dev including regulations between countries.
We are yet to reach a universally accepted standard to avoid further weaponization of AI. Also remember the gaps between countries and regional blocs of the world in terms of educational attainment, economic development and political climates
5:36 can i get a source on this? Microsoft basically owns OpenAI and ChatGPT runs entirely on Microsoft servers. Also Bing AI has priority on GPT-4 servers at OpenAI. I’d be shocked if what you said is true, that Microsoft banned ChatGPT use lmao. edit: maybe you meant Apple? idk bro, i’ve googled and found nothing
woops i think you're right, i was sure i saw an article about microsoft but it doesnt make sense, i dont remember it being apple...i'll try find it later
Excellent video on the subject. I think Ai has a lot of potential for good but there are also possibilities for it to be used for nefarious and criminal activites.
AI is the future. There is no turning back now. But who makes it does matter. We do need to be extremely careful. But, hey, do we have any worthwhile options other than OpenAI?
What worries me the most is the dumbing down of the youth... I consider myself lucky I did my secundary education in the early 2000's...

Hi Luke, you are using A.I. for the subtitles..
Good points you bring up. My husband absolutely loves chatgpt
excellent point why people should be cautious with using ChatPT, and AI in general.
Did you use AI to subtitle your video Luke? Some mistakes there. LOL
Yep, thats the irony ;)

Good job in raising the concerns as people are not AI expert.
Yup same experience, the citations are almost all fake ...😂

Absolutely agree with you that regulations need to be applied to the use of AI.
Only one that's going to be regulated is the general population, no law applies to the people at the top

Big tech must be reigned in at all cost!!!!!
Who guards the guardians.
