INGREDIENTS
* This recipe is one that will allow you to wing it.. the measurements do not have to be exact, but simply a guide.. adjust all ingredients to your taste*
Potatoes of choice.. I used about half a bag of red potatoes.. this recipe is also great if you choose to use mashed cauliflower instead*
2 packs onion soup mix.. if you cannot find this simply mix 4 tbs beef boullion powder with 3 tbs dry minced onions or finely diced fresh onions* you can also boil the potatoes in beef stock with chopped onions.. but we all know boullion powder is much better *
1/2 cup sour cream ( or more or less depending on the amount of potatoes and also tanginess you desire*
1/2 cup milk or more
desire amount of butter or margarine
cheddar cheese
