      i did this way more than couple times :) - everyone loves it ... for summer time it is better to use food dehydrator ...

    But where is the smoking part done? Didn't see any smoker

      you could smoke it ... take dried jerky and put on a rack (you do not need to hang it ) and cold smoke it for about 30-60 min ... I just mentioned that you can do it . You could make drying process in smoker to begin with, but oven is way easier for temperature control. You can check other videos for cold smoking process.

    Hi! looks excellent, how long can I keep the meet after drying without spoiling it? should I keep it in the fridge?

      I usually keep in some kind air tight container 2-3 weeks in pantry room ... or you can vacuum seal it - it should hold up to 2 -3 month no problem , but i would suggest to keep in fridge. Biggest problem for jerky is humidity and then high temperature ... you always can pack in to small zip-lock bags , squeeze air as possible and keep in a fridge ... check before eating :) - discard if it looks suspicious or smells funky ...
