I use the 24-105 and a 17-40 for my S5ii while I travel for two years. I already booked my flight to Vietnam just to buy this lens. I am so excited because I sold my Tamron 35-150 because of switching to Lumix. This lens will be my hero while travelling (hopefully)

This sounds like an ideal lens for fashion shows with the zoom range and fast apertures. Also great for studio and portraits.
Nice video ! Thanks for sharing. I've been researching this lens and thinking about switching out my 24-105 F4 for it.. I feel like I'd miss the stabilization in the 24-105 but, that range of 35 - 150 is just so enticing. And its a better aperture. I'm conflicted.. Need to see more examples lol. Also on an S5ii.. If I got it, I'd leave it glued to that camera.

@@SolaSly Hi :) actually I used heygen for the first time. Not 100% happy 😅
What do you mean by quality control?
@@ChrisKueper It is actually not too bad. Only noticed the lips didn't sync, lol. Quality control ensures all the products released and sold are up to good standards. In the past, Samyang sold some bad copies of the lens that produced soft images, and many had to be returned or replaced.
@@SolaSlythe quality is ok - Looks artificial sometimes.
I had absolutely no issues with my Lens. 😊
@@SolaSly I purchased this lens when it first came out and my copy had the entire left side always out of focus. They have not done anything to improve quality control. That being said, I still debate rolling the dice for another. It does make me wonder though if a slight tap in the future is enough to make an element inside the lens misalign and render it useless. Because I had noticed the box mine arrived with had no packaging and had a slight impression on the side. If thats all it took during shipping to break it, I have more worries about how it will hold up in the field instead of QC from factory.
What cage do you use for your camera? I like its nice finish and shape.
