Great job on the video!
$60k for the LT trim level is way too much I remember the lt back 2-3 years ago was $45k at least
Makes me not wanna buy a truck at all and just stick to sedans
That’s why I stepped up to a 2500. Wasn’t much more for a leather interior and z71.
Great review. Just bought one.
Nice truck!
Would like to buy one of these but the prices are just too much. I don't foresee them going down either.
I'm deeply moved by this video! Just subscribed, can't wait for your next one! ° "Triumph arises from relentless dedication and unwavering commitment."
Are you sure your not commenting on a different video?
What?
Just got 1 in grey metalic cant wait to test the 4x4
Don’t test it out in the cold weather or it will freeze up !
@@robertdean6222Ive used mine ten times at least in the 20s and 30s and it hasn’t frozen up. It sounds like you need to have that checked out!
Can you show us the auto stop and start function on 1 of your test drives.? With window down, and cam on tach, so we can see and hear the engine start up again after a stop.
Will try, but on that short of a test drive, a lot of the time engine isn't warm enough for auto stop:/
Surprised as the test drive wasn't rough, because I-24 around Murfreesboro is crap!
They’ve repaved recently.
Why no 12 V power supply? How would you plug-in your radar detector?
😬😬😬 Might have to get USB converter.
Do you notice the cylinder deactivation kicking in and out?
No, it’s very unnoticeable.
You would get better gas mpg if you weren't speeding all the time. How many amps is the outlet in the bed ?
120 volt
*400 Watt/120V
About 3.5 Amperes.
That will probably power tool battery chargers.
Medium sized TV
Most Lights
Small Vacuum
Etc.
*You sort of have to try it. It may have a latching overload to allow FLA (full load amperage) which occurs when a power tool is initially turned on. You would have to know the tool’s actually duty amps to know if you can run it. The best test is to try it out.
It probably WONT do a hairdryer (anything with a heating element) a table saw, your Tesla, etc
Quiero comprar esa camioneta pickup Chevrolet Silverado 1500 lt z71 5.3 v8 2024
Cool buy one of these and worry about your lifters going bad. Once they go you’re looking at a new motor for $10,000 so add 10 K to that price.
Oh and the electric transfer case sucks in cold weather too !
*The 5.3 Vortec is the proven highest mileage king of any V8 ever manufactured. Look it up.
*The transfer case works perfect in cold weather.
*You can’t be comparing the transfer case out of a Ram or an F-150. They are the same Borg Warner unit out of Westminster SC.
I’m trying out the Duramax LZO personally.
Great reliable truck. Proven.
Way too expensive, but reliable.

The transfer case does not work good in cold weather take it from someone that owns a Silverado and lives in Pennsylvania. The electric transfer cases are junk and so are the Motors so if you own one of these 5.3 you better be changing your oil every 3000 miles like I do or that debris will get caught in those lifters when you go from eight cylinders to four-cylinder mode thanks to good old Government mandate requirements. These engines are junk and there should be a recall on them and someone should foot the bill , When they fail. Just saying 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
I bought a Custom trim 5.3 Trail Boss a few months ago. It now has about 4000 miles on it. I am very satisfied. Only two minor issues: My Chevrolet app did not update at one point but the On Star folks fixed it. And, the Radio/Carplay functions on two occasions delivered distorted sound of a minute or two after running the vehicle through a car wash. Overall I like the performance and handling. Great acceleration as well as good fuel economy.
Now my perfect new Chevy truck I can buy.
😊😊
Do a trade in on one of these before you make your deal. They lose $20,000 driving off the lot. Don't believe me. Call another dealer for trade in on something else. Tell them you have a 24 Silverado with 2000 miles. Lol let me know how that works for you
You are correct because they’re $20,000 overpriced
$61,000 for that lemon squeezer you gotta be smoking crack to buy that !
I was smoking crack. I bought one before the prices go up next year from the huge OEM pay raises.

You mean go down in price take a look at what the car dealerships are offering now low interest rates and below MSRP’s. I bought my Silverado in 2018 paid 40,000.
People like you are allowing these dealerships to rip the Consumer off by condoning such ridiculous prices .
Finally, there’s a revolt with people with a decent head on their shoulders !
They`re all lemons these days. Toyota included.
I'm think of buy a new 24' Chevy Silverado.
Gm across there lines subscription service? Who else is doing this bmw?
Shooting themselves in the foot in mouth disease.
