That game was great, he has done a great job, BUT rng was on his side there, soo many clutch shots in almost full movement.
But yeah, he kept his cool and has done a good job
He did great, but the us blew it twice by first being in the wide open in that cap and not clutching a building and two not understanding he could've taken a full double from the 703 and get his side to kill him with a gold round as it took 3 shots to kill him. 703 had a good game and yes that rng on the shot to reset cap was insane lmao

hmmm, what are the odds of bouncing one or both of the double? That would leave him really vulnerable. Just an idea, I could be totally wrong lol
Its probably better to fire singles to keep your dpm as high as possible
@@ballistyxwot4577 yeah double shot is an unhinged factor of the double barrel tanks. the margin of it giving you mammoth games and ruin you is really close.
Optimal dps is sometimes when you just finish off a tank whit the double and have time to reload. You also lose less health if the enemy cant fire back. So you sometimes have to double, like in the situation against the medium tank, the IS wouldn't help because it's still capping, a double shot would have killed him and he wouldn't have had any chance of dying and had time to reload before going against the IS.

@@yenneferofvengerberg0 defender has less armour than the 703 I believe, then the TS5 has a huge cupola and its a casemate TD that can be tracked fairly easy.
703's cupola is so tiny it's not worth even trying to shoot it
The best armor u mean most is like in terms of tons plating
The turret can be penetrated by HEAT rounds but it is after all the best tier VIII in my opinion.

Ahh, the Kirovets-1 (IS-3 prototype, the turret was modified and became the IS-3 turret. but the Kirovets hull design was rejected and another factory came up with the pike nose. that's why stock turret of the IS-3 in-game is called Kirovets-1.)
Obj.703 is another name for the IS-3 prototype from the Kirovets plant. so obj-703 - stock IS-3 - Kirovets-1 is all the same tank. This one is a kirovets-1 with a bigger turret to accompany the second(!) gun.
So that's the story of these 3 tanks. IS-3, obj-703 and the Kirovets.
what makes this more confusing then you hope'd it would be, is that obj-703 and the kirovets-1 is the same. the reason i say it like this is because Kirovets-1 (the factory name) is already in the game with its name. but WG decided to name this new double barrel soviet premium tank an obj-703 II. why not Kirovets-1-II?

Love how he only fired gold when he ran out of APCR. There are too many players out there who load gold right from the start or switch instantly to gold when there is a 0.00001% chance the normal round could bounce.
Exactly. Also this vechile has both amazing standard and premium shells witch is great since you can handle things easily with ur standard ammo but if there is a t 10 or 9 tank or a very heavily armored t 8 the heat shells are just perfect. I have been able to double some t 9 lower plates with it.

@@MakMak02 spamming gold for those gold noob who cant shoot at the enemy weak spot. It just ruins the gaming experience. Use gold only when one has no option but to shoot gold.

Just wanna highlight that this wouldnt really have been possible in any other tank in this specific match, mainly because the 703 2 has (I think) amazing gun handling while on the move and turret traverse, its the best on any t8 heavy tank if I remember right. One hell of a game though, GG, and gimme that kinda MM with my t8s please lol.
once i had a mm like this and i did 10k because balance i guess
0.06 dispersion while moving the turret is GODLIKE across all tiers and classes, period. For reference, the EBR 105 and the Strv 103B have a 0.05 dispersion while moving the turret/gun lol. The gun of 703 II feels like it practically has no bloom while moving the turret. I still have the habit of turning around the turret like crazy while at full speed at the beginning of the game in my 703 II just to be amazed again and again of how non-existent that aiming circle bloom feels like.

I am just amazed at how this tank can hit the "aimpoint" with every shot even when on the move with turret rotation. I use tanks with much better guns set and aim at static targets and never get this kind of accuracy . guess "RNG" can get adjusted by war gaming to make the variance 0% or as high as a 100% meaning never miss any shots or every shot hits the outer aim circle. The "RNG" can make all the difference drive around in a heavy and not get spotted until after you put a well aimed shot into the enemies tank, more often then not knock out crew or modules. Then when they respond its much more difficult after loosing a crew member or ammo rack tracks and gun turret. Add on some spotting points and it all good/ look like a PRO.
I've noticed that it seems like my premium tanks have better RNG than my tech tree ones. Though I've never gathered any numbers to confirm it.
A grille 15 can miss a fully aimed shot from 3 meters and kv 2 can hit a shot from 400 meters while moving with a broken gun. RNG is sometimes hating you and sometimes blessing you. There is basically nothing you can do about it

I have a 2nd consumables loadout with my 703 II which uses a removed speed governor to increase engine power for maps like malinovka to get up and secure the hill ASAP. It works really well and would recommend, just yesterday it allowed me to beat an enemy skoda T56 to the top of the hill and I was able to take an early defensive position and shut down what I believe to be a superior heavy.
Good for him on the decap. I have been in so many games where we are winning by miles but we get capped, either because team mates are too stupid to know what’s going on (yes, that’s possible) or because they value their life more than the win. Something I cannot get my head around.
I rarely, if ever, shoot a double with my 703.

He was incredibly lucky with the shots on skorpion and sherman, other than that amazing game, minus the only big mistake of not double penning the VK.
Actually I think it was the right choise not to double, he gives the Vk less time to rush him down in case one of the shells get a troll bounce due to bad rng
Not really... The 703 II has an awesome dispersion, which makes it perfect to take mid-range snapshots. It hits most of these shots. (Maybe the skor was a bit lucky, because he messed up there a bit. Should have gone in earlier. And I dont really understand his ammo choice either. Not taking he, and only having that little amount of apcr is weird, since this tank has really good apcr shells. And also I would have fired gold at the Emil turret, to make the killing faster. But either way he played awesome, and it was a really nice job.
I use Vert stabilizer / Turbo in my Vz55. It makes a Heavy as nimble as as Medium . Its a great combo to exploit burst fire
Yes 703 is pretty great though his initial play when push it against Emil decided this game.
Think about it, a lot of people would stop 50 m earlier and pixel aiming weak spots.

On my 703 I've got vents, stab, optics bond and food I feel range is damage I love the long range doubles with my 703
I drive this monster tank as well. Gotta say that I absolutely love it! I have a soon-to-be 3-skill crew including one of the female winter commanders that we got from the event this past year. I would say that this tank is actually better than the newest Heavy tanks.
I’m wondering if maybe this player just didn’t know about the Salvo option? There were so many situations in that game where I would be readying that fire power. I’m a bit of a nut brain when it comes to my Salvo tanks. That II-shot damage just feels sooo good when it goes in! I always look for any and all opportunities to use both guns.

There weren't really as many opportunities to double as you'd think. You need to keep in mind that there's also a 5sec cooldown before you even start reloading, so if you're caught without a shell, you'll take one for the team.
Most of the enemies were one shotable or at least a bit over a oneshot, so risking being without a shot to eliminate an overly aggressive one-shotable enemy would not be such a great idea. Plus, salvo is only good when your team can cover you while you reload, or you know it'll be a long time before you see another enemy.
Literally the only time he could have doubled was at the end against the VK just to make sure he didn't take another shot between his "interclip"

Double shot is very usefull. Especially if you face lower tiers, you can kill them with double in a second.

Well i use 703 with bonds vents, bond Vstab and bounty IRM. I tried GLD, ImprovedAiming and somehow i didnt feel it was right. Thus maybe its worth to have hardening.

I never use the double barrel, you can basically have a 7 sec reload if you just alternate the guns and that keeps the dpm up, double shot just has too many drawbacks to use.

I personally wouldn't have double-shot either, cause the effect of having one shell stupidly hitting only the tracks or other RNG-shizzle happening would have me left with more realoding-time in the end, compared to reliably using the faster reload of a single shell and keep it safer in case of a bounce.
Easy dubble i think. But thats what is nice. U can decide on the fly :)
I personally love doubling people because of the BIG alpha dmg but its very good to only double when you are absolutely sure that you can hit them both.

Great game, had some lucky RNG with some of those snapshots but smart plays for sure. Although, there were a few instances where he should've doubled. While DPM is important, killing a tank instantly or doing 800 dmg to an enemy to help your team kill it is crucial at times.

I'd really like to see a tank rewiev on the IS-5 (obj 730), because I bought it and don't really know what equipment to use on that vehicle, as it has so many weaknesses... And considering that on this YT channel QB only has 1 video about the IS-5, that was uploaded in 2016, I think it's time to make another video about it...

Just got my first Pool's medal the other day in (of all tanks) the Pawlack Tank. 10 kills, over 4k dmg (more than twice the rest of my team combined)... 15-12 loss lol.
Every single game I play, every day, my entire team drives around aimlessly. Its like no one understands mechanics of the game at all. They just drive around blindly
