The gameplay for me is quite realistic, upgrade on scoreboard style and commentary should be improved. Some people have complained about the lagging and some graphics disfunction, they should pls fix before I get ps4 abeg 😭

Great graphics, stuning. But still the gameplay from past games. The weird collisions where the players dont seam to have weight and really block out each others moves. Drible is also the same, no randomness to movement. Developers seam to be lazy or something. They just refuse to do the work it needs to be really good and feel right the way it looks.

The game this year has an emphasis on attacking this year so that means the defense has to compensated as well with a quicker response time
than this should be a great game. Give those FIFA loyalists enough time and they'll be running over to PES again quietly like they always do. The engine
thrives on response, just ask EA's marketing department. I rather put my money into PES as they aren't afraid to try something new and they don't mind the criticism

this year's pes is a no hope my guy. i'm speaking as a pes player and winning eleven 9 is the first game i've ever played and will be my favorite game of all time, but i must say that this efootball garbage does not worth a play. there's nothing new about it. they still using that 3 years old cutscenes, the graphics looks downgraded, the animation wasn't as smooth as the 2021 season update and gameplay wise, there's a lot of weird moves that for sure makes the game look scripted. if i choose a football sim this year i rather play the 2021, or try fifa for a new variation of things. sorry for my bad english btw.
Well.. I watch this video and what I see is simply horrible.
I'm not a fan of any game I just play which I think is the better one.
But as a football fan and playing football myself, in my opinion PES maybe good looking in some aspects but doesn't even come close to FIFA when it comes to having a realistic football simulation.
What really turns me off when I see videos of PES 22 is that the way players move look even kind of buggy. Miles away from smooth motion. Duels and tacklings don't look very authentic to me.

Once you get used to it, it plays very realistically. Trust me I thought it was shit and I was outraged for a while. Really like it now. Needs some work to iron out all the bugs though. Lazy commentary as well. I think the exact same as PES 21?

I just tried to play PES 2023 nearly 1 hour ago. As I've seen currently in our local PS5 gameclub, others still has favored to play PES2021. But for me, I'm the one who always believe that for any annual version of PES, it will have something new for me.
