There’s nothing more infuriating than someone taking credit for your work. We’ve all had this happen at one point or another: you share an idea with a colleague and then hear him repeat it in a meeting; you stay late to finish a presentation yet your team member accepts all the praise; you lead a long overdue project to completion and your boss tells the higher-ups it was his doing. How should you handle these situations? Is it okay to speak up right then and there? Or should you keep quiet? And how can you make sure that you get the credit you deserve in the future?

But they steal our hardwork? We will never get ahead if everyone steals our hardwork and time
In my situaltion what happened is ,I have taken loan and from that loan amount my EMI is deducting ,but few people wants to give tag of their name.
Neither these people have any interference with nor any guidance nothing. still they wanted to publish their name as they want to show they are helping me.😡
How cheap.

I am a good follower of guruji, but this is crap. These thoughts are good as long as you don't care to progress in proportion to your efforts, in your career. In this real world, people will snatch credits, honours, money and what not from you. So, work hard, and protect your nest. Just like a honey bee bites, if it doesn't, they all would have died in hunger. Don't succumb to other people with evil intention. Never. Fight for what you want.
I have 50/50 view I agree with you & guruji. In Christianity, there is a saying: “vengeance is mine sayeth the Lord.”…….basically, in my opinion, we can try our best to protect ours & pray to God.. if it happens that another individual takes advantage of us (in any way), don’t go after the individual (enemy). Leave it in God’s hands & keep going….
