Installed this kit on my 2013 Precedent. Everything was good until I went to reinstall the front seat. The brackets for the front seat tip back and are too short. They should have been longer and tipped outward or forward. This left the seat straight up and down, too high and too far back. I called they're tech support and the message after a few minutes was they were too busy to take my call and to NOT leave a message or callback number. They stated to contact customer service through the website. I'm at 1 day and waiting. In the mean time I cut the original front seat back and reinstalled the front seat. I'd have to cut they're brackets to put the rear seat back on, but I'll wait to see if they contact me. P.S. I've never had a tech support line tell me that they weren't going to attempt to provide service and hang up. I think Golf Cart King should answer they're phone or call you back after leaving a message. Don't tell your customer to NOT leave a message and to contact customer service. I've also read about others having this problem in CZcams reviews and on Amazon. Starting to think "Amazon's Choice" means "Junk, dump it before we're stuck with it"
Does the seat frame rest on the body or is there some standoffs that the frame connects to? I can see issues down the road with it resting on the body. I used threadlocker on all nuts to prevent "Sqeeking" a few days after installing.
The seat main frame is kept off the body by being bolted to the tree's (back supports) and the seat base frame supports. Once everything is installed and then tightened down, it's not going to squeak! It is a super sturdy seat assembly!

any recommendations for integrating a trailer hitch with this seat?
Does the seat color match the factory seats? I bought a different brand, and the cushions are much lighter tan than my factory seats.
Ordered one but many of the parts were missing like the folding seat base the uprights for the roof brackets instructions etc hope I can do a return
