    I made this yesterday and It soo tasted good
    - I think these taste super good and worth the time! It was just a little bit harder than expected
    Tips:
    - Make your boba smaller or cook longer for the boba to be softer
    - While the boba is still hot, add some brown sugar so that its much easier to make the syrup. Lifesaving method!
    - It could be too much if you're just making it for yourself, If you can't finish all, before cooking them, separate some and put it in the freezer. It can stay for 1-3 days
    - Knead the dough longer for a smoother dough, yes, I know it takes a lot of time
    - If it's too sticky, add more tapioca starch, if it's too dry, add more water
    Enjoy!!

    I enjoyed this recipe so much! I’ve made it more than several times already and am currently making it again 😂 I usually like my matcha bubble tea more sweeter so I add about 2-3 tbsp of 100% pure maple syrup!

    Real question, what's the difference between boba tea and bubble tea? When I had bubble tea the Pearl popped and was like gelatin but the boba tea pearl was like the normal tapioca pearls.

    • @cF-dy6jw
      @cF-dy6jw Před 4 lety +22

      Fyi, boba and bubble tea are interchangeable, both referring to the same drink. The boba you are talking about is popping boba, filled with juice.
      Ps: So neat to teach other people about different people about different cultures😂

    • @iprobablyforgot112

      Bubble tea is popping boba, it’s a sphere film with the flavor of your choice inside

    • @nikushim6665
      @nikushim6665 Před 2 lety +4

      @@iprobablyforgot112 Negative, Boba and Bubble are interchangeable as c f pointed out mostly due to cultural differences. There is also the origin of the word boba which some would consider obscene, its basically slang for breasts. The whole "popping boba" thing is more of a recent trend of juice spherification instead of Tapioca pearls and is unrelated to the naming difference.

      Cooked they don't last long at all. I wouldn't store them past 2 days or so really. But you can make a lot of them, and only cook the ones you are using. Uncooked you will be able to store them for like a year if frozen.
