I wanted to send you a picture of mine. But I'm not getting the option to take a picture . Dang it. I'm so pleased how mine turned out. I made it for a dear friend of my mom. She has celiac and Parkinson plus she is on a gluten-free diet. She's so fragile and what a SWEET HEART SHE IS!!!

Heading out to gather my supplies now. I'm glad you mentioned the stripes not coming out the same. It would make me nuts, as well. I'll find a nice striped variety like you're using. It's so pretty, and your tutorial is great! I actually thought you color controlled. I'm not really seeing one side looking darker than the other. Maybe it looks different in person, but I wouldn't hesitate to use the same yarn. Thank you so much for a very pretty shawl tutorial!!
