good quality despite very low light, with what gear did you film it? a gopro has such aperture ?!?

Used the Canon 6D with a 24mm Samyang f/1.4. Exposures are all 1 second long.
GoPro aperture is too small for getting anything like this in such low light. Even on its Night Lapse setting
