One of the most epic piano features. This time around, it was Cory Henry with an incredible solo with some really cool keyboard patches and beautiful chords on the rhodes. Also a really cool section where the horns are trading. Along with Chris, & Maz, special guest Clay Pritchard was up there trading with them.
Sorry it isn't studio quality audio... just had to use the mic on my camera.

I came here to type exactly this.
Just follow the bassline. Listen to what the keys are doing w/ respect to the bassline. He's going to outer space and around the galaxy while somehow still tethered to the song. Keep playing the bassline in your head after everybody cuts out. You'll get a glimpse of what Michael's face is doing.

I haven’t been able to figure that out.
i'm not entirely sure what leads up to this but im pretty sure those 7 syncopated chords he plays in rapid succession at 10:53 are different voicings of Eb diminished 7th, moving up a minor third at a time (which includes all the same notes; Eb, Gb, A, C) which resolves super nicely up a half step to E minor, the 1 chord
he might wanna end his solo there but it caught the band off guard so mike had to cue back the chorus a bit later.

I’ve watched this a lot since last year and I’m amazed ever time but here some things I didn’t notice 1. Credit who ever it was who saw Corey going to another place musically to tap mike league on the shoulder to give Corey that spot at the 10:17 mark to just play and how bad is mike league to talk to the guy while still playing on time and in key ...fantastic band
