in this video He talked about life, humans, problems, fear and children. I think each and every human being will get help from his thoughts.

This is what I do in the evenings. I turn off the lights and just sit there observing the darkness. It’s so peaceful. I’d love to visit him.
This sanyassi makes more sense than most so called gurus.

From my research a big majority of the gurujis are fake godmen and very materialistic, megalomaniacs, like Nithayananda or Sadhguru. They have RIDICULOUS amounts of money. I mean some are billionaires. Others are worth between 50-$200 million dollars. It goes against every discipline in the Hindu way of spiritual living. If you read the Bhagavad Gita it talks about how materialism is not something that a real person who renounced their lives and devoted it to their spiritual development would have. So, they can experience Moksha (spiritual liberation). You have to follow the principles, and the disciplines. Another way you can spot a fake godman is they get angry when you don’t agree with them or defensive when asked a straightforward question. They will taunt and belittle you in front of other people. They live amazing and extremely privileged lives. While their devotees suffer because they pay for blessings. Any person who wants you to pay $15000 for one of their courses on “enlightenment” is not a very intelligent person. It’s a scam. Humility, service to others, not having expectations, getting rid of material possessions, they always speak the truth, they aren’t supposed to be corrupt, they should be celibate (most are married) or have abused their female devotees, some have been convicted of murder, and I was surprised by how many. My advice would be to anyone interested in this way of life. Which if you live it honestly with a pure heart and no expectations then read the Bhagavad Gita first, then do research on these men. Not all of them are bad. But the bad ones out number the good ones. The Naga and the Agorhi that live in the Himalayas and jungles are real Gurujis. But they aren’t interested in being a famous guruji.

This man has positivly changed my week. I had seen a short clip from you of him 3 days ago where he talked about meditation which really helped.
A couple of years ago this body-mind suffered from anxiety, depression and addiction. been to a rehab center for help with the addiction where one minor part whas meditation. After coming home the depression seems to get worse as i didn't suppres it anymore, the only thing that seemed to help was meditation. I didn't learn how to meditate proparly but somehow i knew that i didn't have to figure it out, just sit and be quiet. I had plenty of time so i meditated every day for many hours straight, maybe the most important thing: "i didn't had any (spiritual) goal" i found it was the only thing that helped to release the tension. The strange paradox whas that i on one hand could feel that i was changing and getting better, while at the same time the darkness and depression seemed to get stronger. when this resulted in some sort of boiling point or rock bottom there was surrender. i acknowledged that i didn't know anything anymore, didn't knew who i whas etc.
Then a couple days later suddenly everything dissapeared, the body, the world, beliefs and many judgements dissapeared with it. All that was left was love, warmth, some sort of wisdom and the strong sense of oneness. i didn't recognize it as Self realisation or whatever at that moment but the same day (after the mind came back into play, so did the world and this body-mind) in strange ways suddenly the YT algoritm proposed lectures about Advaita Vedanta and Nonduality, as if the universe instantly tried to explain what happened. 4 years went by where the left over ego tried to reach enlightenment :-) finally a couple months ago i recognize that the one chasing for enlightenment would never reach it, that enlightenment has nothing to do with being a person or whatsoever. again a moment of surrender and again this oneness reveals itself which shut down the mind for a couple of days. for the 4 years after that experience i still did meditation but now there was a goal, i tried some techniques, and tried to reach a place which the mind had formed as a leftover of that initial experience. how silly as this mind nor this body wheren't even there.
This Sanyasi reminded me to drop the agenda, techniques etc. and after meditation the last couple of days i suddenly see everything as one, dropped having opinions about things and suddenly everything is so much lighter. Dropped the goal of reaching enlightenment as in some sense we all are that. i recognize that everything appears on or in the screen of consciousness but that what I Am is outside of that while at the same time in it, or saying that IT is in me sounds better. Most important thing is that which I Am (which we all are) can't be touched or hurt by whatever happens in life which is a big relief. and that whatever we do (as a person) or whatever mistake we make we still are being loved (we are that love)
Life is full of contradictions. Very true if you search for realization u will never ever get it.

The Thai Forest Monks live like this, even more austere with no body adornments, hair, 3 pieces they wear, eat once a day. I practice that path because its unblinkingly real. The Thai's also fear ghosts. This Guru speaks truth because knows information is the realm of mind, it is artificial. The Buddha taught the 5 Hindrances and 3 poisons, the 3 Tanhas and the 4 Noble Truths, the 8 Fold Path. He's correct - the information exceeds experience, and the Buddha's teachings are about investigation - experience. Extreme anything is suffering. I want to stress this is Theravada Buddhism from the Pali Canon and nothing to do with Dalai Lama cult.

Yes, This Yogi has NOT relinquished the 'I'.
But he certainly has reached some level. And it is appreciable.
Losing 'I' is the MOST difficult. That is the ultimate level. They speak very little. They communicate through silence. Like Ramana Maharshi.
The real Agorhi sadhus in India who live in between India and Nepal in the Himalayas in caves, not the homeless men in Varanasi who have dreads and claim their Agorhi. But they live in caves and jungles away from society and only come down during the festival to take a dip in the sacred Ganges river in Varanasi. I guess that is the only time you’ll most likely see them. They want to be away from humanity. They don’t take money, they don’t own clothes, they wear clothes around their wastes, whether it’s cold or hot, it doesn’t phase them. They don’t eat meat, have sex, kill, they take vows of silence, they don’t speak disharmoniously about anyone. They can heal themselves and others of very serious illness. These men go into seriously high levels of consciousness and are not interested in fame and fortune. They are the real gurus of India.

Just love listening to your talk. Is true about what you say about the intelligence of Animals and of Parents instilling their fears and their upbring into you. It takes many years and chance encounters to enlighten one`s thinking.This is when one cuts loose from their controlled upbringing. Parents did not know any better cause that was how their were brought up. And people these days live in their own bubble of self importance, selfishness and ignorance regardless how educated they are.

Life is so simple , everyone has different experiences with different conditions. Just need to go through the experiences and ready to go through it. Staying within toxic family is much more scary than staying with scary paranormal activities going around . Just be thankful 🙏 for the journey.

I have been looking for ways to fulfill my responsibilities and get free so I can travel to Himalayas and lead a ascetic life. But things are much complex. Its always better to make that decision before wedding or when you get free of family bonding's unexpectedly. Don't waste life in drinking alcohol, smoking. If you don't get free from responsibilities then try to spend as much time as possible chancing name your ishta daivam. One can get brahmagnyana even by chanting Rama Nama. but it all depends on how immersed you are in devotion.
