I would like to share something about it. Actually m doing Ananda Alai program online 5 days program today it was 3rd day.
On 2nd day Sadhguru talked about how he conducted his first Samyama program.
Sadhguru said he was almost totally ready to introduce Samyama to people .. but before that he went to someone's house for something ...he was sitting on sofa and there was this child may b 2 yrs old or something.. she came to him and threw a book on his lap. The book was in tamil language at that time he didn't knw tamil language in writing but there was this quote on the back side of the book . It was in English. The quote was from Lord Krishna... ( I don't remember exact words but 😅)
****HE SAYS TEACHING SOMETHING TO SOMEONE BEFORE HE/SHE IS READY IS THE WORST CRIME****
Basically if someone is not ready for it. There is no point making them understand.
So Sadhguru cancelled the Samyama program and took hatha yoga program for couple of months before doing Samyama program.
This teaching will alwz be with me now. And has kept me at ease. It made me realise how stupid I was to make people understand something before they are ready to take on that information..

Thank you for sharing. I am struggling with this very idea currently. I am sharing my spiritual progress with a friend but I do not know how much to share or which information. I do not feel qualified to share any specific video or teaching, since I feel it is very personal and the information comes to the person's perception in a very particular order as it unfolds from the Ultimate.
So I will just share with her my verified personal experiences. Such as: I was shown it is best to have left nostril clear for mediation work. If left blocked make a fist with hand and put it under opposite armpit and squeeze quite hard for some minutes.
I tried this today AND IT WORKED. Like magic my left became smooth and clear breath and my right nostril, which just mere moments earlier was bursting air freely was stuffed up! I sat there amazed. This is internal science! I personally verified this so I am now qualified to speak on it freely 🙏❤️

I experience such intense emotions with the deities I connect with that I cry, yell, talk, share, feed, and consistently contemplate. Ahimsa is the first yama of yoga. The reality of violence exists but binding it, after looking at it in the face is very important. Your eyes must be wide open, but you need to turn yourself towards the light by sheer willpower. Because otherwise there is no end to the darkness. When you overcome the violence within yourself, you automatically overcome the violence in the world, because the universe is what you are manifesting from your mind. As long as you still see and experience violence in the world - you have not yet overcome it in your own self.

When we are with great people, like in your video you said you were with Babaji and when you came back you started drinking, etc.... so despite being with enlightened beings why doesn't bad karma or our vices just go away and they keep repeating and repeating. This leads to frustration in normal human beings and then we lose hope, etc....

I can’t answer that the way you want but I can also tell you, I am in the same situation, went abroad to study in 2019 not knowing anything and now I am so deep into hinduism and spirituality but I can’t leave everything like this. I just try to understand that this is also devi maa’s will, even though she knows what you desire. So accept her will for you and try to live joyfully wherever you are even if it somewhat affects you and keep doing some sadhna or take up some spiritual practice. Overtime if yiu desire hard and have the blessing of your deva/guru, you will automatically be aligned on your path sooner or later. Just live your life joyfully, do your sadhna and desire spiritual growth. Do your part and leave the rest to your ishta/universe🙏
