Browned my torts today for my first Blackstone breaksfast with eggs, onions, peppers, and bacon. Wrapped them up like breakfast tacos. Perfection!! Love this thing!
I've been absolutely hooked on making these since I first tried them a couple months ago! They're the BEST! The tortilla makes em 👌👌

Just made these with naan. So good! My blackstone has a hood so I used that instead of basting cover because the naan was too long. Turned the heat off once the bottom was crispy enough to let the cheese melt with the hood down.

My family surprised me with a large box of Blackstone griddle accessory’s thereby letting me know after seeing this that they had gotten me a 36” Blackstone with air fryer! The griddle won’t be in till early August but I am definitely making these griddle pizzas after a few cooks to help build the seasoning on my new griddle! What a fantastic Fathers Day gift!
I got a 28in Adventure Ready in the mail in Tuesday as a gift! Haven't been in the kitchen since, and I don't plan on it. Happy belated Father's Day!

I do these all the time, but in a cast iron pan. Definitely have to try on my Blackstone. I usually use @mission carb balance 4 net grams carb. I also usually crisp first side, flip then build. Lost 75# eating these flavor bombs. The options are endless. Like grilled chicken, olive oil, garlic and parmesan cheese. Great job.
I used naan bread but honestly, hands down the best pizza I’ve ever made. Possibly the best I’ve ever HAD!
Looks great! I've been using tortilla as well for some healther options in the past. Just got my 30" Blackstone a month ago. It is absolutely going to get a workout this year.

We are on a camping trip and cooked these tonight. They were definately a big hit.

My mom used to make these for me as a kid. Heat up the griddle to medium heat. Butter one side of two slices of bread. Put one of them butter down on the BS. Add pizza sauce to the slice on the griddle. Add shredded mozzarella and any toppings. Top with the other slice of bread and cook like a grilled cheese. They're quick, easy, and tasty!

What a great video to share this simple recipe. Made these tonight and the wife loved them. Easy and quick and somewhat low carb. Made ours with the 8” low carb tortillas. She wants them again tomorrow night! Thanks for all your great ideas and content.

I live in Western Nebraska (Scottsbluff/Gering) close to the Wyoming border. Where was this? We have Mule & Whitetails in our area as well as some Elk & Big Horn Sheep!

Do you put some oil down before you put the bread down?
Love making pizzas on my griddle. I do not make my own crust but I use a flat bread that I get from Sam's club. They come in packs of 10 or so. Set the griddle to low and let if heat up. Make up your pizzas and set them on the griddle take all of 5 min to make or until the crust gets as crispy as you like.

This may seem like a silly comment, but if loading a full griddle of pizza, Why not just use the full cover that comes with the griddle to trap steam instead of one at a time with steam cover?
if you fold one of those over, is it a calzone or a quesadilla?

It's bread without yeast?
Got to get some tortillas and mozzarella made me hungry watching have to do it on my stove top or electric griddle until I can get a blackstone. Nevertheless they will still taste good i use Italian sausage instead of pronghorn sausage. But that is what makes cooking great improvise and make it your own using what you got.
